The checking process was fast and easy. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in good condition and well-maintained. There were no problems with hot water or heating. Great location within walking distance of main attractions in the city. I would stay here again.

Everything was great ... I had a short delay because the receptionist can’t find my ‘Expedia’ booking, because of that she upgraded my room for free. If I visit Beirut again .. the Parisian plaza will be my first choice.

I was hoping for a better view/higher floor. I did ask in advance if thats possible, got a room in the 5th floor out of 10 (which isnt bad), but the view was on some construction site and the rest is blocked by the next building.

The hotel is very well located. The area is very safe. It´s a small hotel with 9 floors. I booked a Premium room and it was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is Lebanese style. A special mention to the restaurant manager, he is very attentive and helpful. The hotel also has a small gym in the basement with the basics to exercise on vacation.
