It was ok

Very friendly stay and i guess you get what you pay for. Shared bathroom was not kept clean, couldn’t get ourselves to use the shower. Very telling that the bedding and towels had been reused multiple times. Room overall was neat. Stayed for a night area seemed safe and secure.

There are seven rooms that are fairly small. The post did not mention that the bathrooms (two bathrooms) is shared between the seven rooms. It was inconvenient for us to wait to use the restroom because another guest was using it. The garbage was built up under the sink in the kitchen. The garbage was not being taken out on a daily basis by the cleaning lady. And the last two nights we were there the AC stopped working. There is no staff on site. So we had to deal with the room being a bit hot.

The bed linens did not look super clean as a few stains visible and stray hairs on/in the bedding

You get what you pay for. Not a clean place. Human hair everywhere inn the room. Bathroom not clean sonsharing a bathroom was not a great experience Room 3, AC , making a noise every 15 mins Sent a message to contact, no reply You get what you oay for We were a couple so okay, think again if you are in your own. Noone around in case id emergency.

Overall no major complaints. Wanted to give 3.5 as better than 3 stars but not a 4! The owner was very quick with responses and helped with luggage storage as we arrived early. The room was pretty good as well with housekeeping done on day 3. Our concers were: 1. The bedsheets and pillow covers could have been cleaners (without some staines), although they were washed. 2. The AC was inconsistent throughout the night. As we spend most of our time roaming around, it was perfect for us for the price we paid.

Once I got a working code to unlock the door, all was good. Quick response, less than 5 mins. All good.

The bathroom could be more clean

I had to wait an hour at 11 at night to get a door code.they didn’t have hot water, I itched all night from what I’m assuming was bed bugs

Great private room with bed & bathroom!

Location. Is in the city center where every transport meet together.

The blankets had stain on them and looked cheap. Room was clean, but had an odor to it that was unpleasant.

The rooms are clean and well appointed. Has a nice kitchen area with dishes and utensils. The only hit is some noise from the elevator. Over all a decent place to stay in Lisbon

Old building, somewhat dated facilities. TV did not work, bathroom has rather old plumbing fixtures. Okay for a short stay. Air conditioning was okay.

Good location and price, however the aircon didn’t work properly and it was so hot in the room to sleep properly and as it’s right on the main road can’t sleep with the windows open to let air in with all the traffic noise…. Would not recommend to stay here unfortunately. Really regretted booking multiple nights here…

Very run down building. Poorly lit. Very noisy spot. Not the cleanest room. Staff was nice. Fire escape door in kitchen area not usable. Sketchy spot.

It’s fine, good if you are looking for cheap but don’t expect much. Shared bathrooms, door was unlocked, AC broken, noisy. Just good if you are waiting for a layover

Good location, great city view via balcony, plenty of dining and shopping nearby. Clean room and great AC - bring your own toiletries.
