This hotel is perfect for a staycation. The various activities make it so you won't get bored. It's so much fun that you have to check it out... The food is so delicious. I want to stay here again. It's so much fun.

Thank God... the hotel atmosphere was truly impressive, I feel like coming back again. Hopefully, I can visit again another time.

The location is great, but the Mangsit Room is across the street, so it lacks privacy. Breakfast could be improved. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor. Other than that, it was perfect. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay at the resort comfortable.

The hotel and facilities look dated, but the outdoor area offers a very calming view, including numerous coconut trees and beautiful palms. The view from our room was beautiful. Overall: 7/10 for the room. Amenities: 8/10. I tried the table tennis and swimming pool. Amenities: The pool tiles need replacing. Breakfast: 9/10

The place is comfortable on the roadside, The location is close to the beach. The food is not very varied and the taste is also quite ordinary. Please improve the taste and variety of food.

It's about 15 minutes car ride from the ferry terminal. Hotel is facing the sea and has a few swimming pools, big well kept garden with in-house facilities for games like ping pong, children play area, gym, etc. The villa we stayed in has old furniture, bed creaking, door hinges enclosing the fridge broken. The Aircon is great. The 15 minutes "free" photo shoots were done by amateurs, wasting our time. They printed one image for free but the rest costs Rp100k each. Hope the hotel will rectify those complaints. Overall we did enjoy the 3 days here.

A pleasant experience. There are many interesting spots in this hotel. All of them were enjoyable. But unfortunately, we should have been informed about the mineral water refills. We were allowed refills if we were staying that day, but if not, we wouldn't be given mineral water. It would have been better if we hadn't been given two bottles of mineral water.

We were only in transit because we arrived too late in Lombok and wanted to continue our journey to Gili Trawangan. The hotel was pleasant enough, but it was overcrowded.

Holidays at this hotel are never boring.. This is the umpteenth time we have stayed here... because everything makes the children and family happy... Holiday Resort is the hotel of choice for a fun vacation spot for our family... We will definitely stay here again in the future....👍

the room bit old but the ambience, beach, location, the activity and the facility was the best. staff very helpfull and welcome
