Had a night stay at this hotel for a staycation. Overall is pleasant and clean for the location is convenient at orchard. However, as the hotel i do notice some areas are getting old and rust.

Too much indian guest making the smell of the lobby is not good .

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Checking in and out is smooth. Great location. About 5 min walk to Orchard Point. The double standard can be occupied by my family of 4 comfortably (2 teenagers). We'll be back there.

Strategic location, allowing additional 2 children (below 17). Punctual check-in time, universal power socket available, no need to bring adapter. Comfortable bed, and less noise.

Actually, the overall room, lobby, breakfast are ok, the hotel is comfortable, clean, the room service food is really bad, I ordered the mushroom soup with sourness, it looked like it was stale, try to complain about being replaced but it's the same, the only thing that's delicious is the pasta because I ordered 3 satay items , mushroom soup, pasta, satay are not good either, maybe our tongue is wrong. Finally, the mushroom soup transaction voided, but there's no complement, say sorry, etc., at least the manager is in the same class as a 4-star hotel. I was out lazy, I was asked to make small talk like how today, I was busy answering, I don't know I just arrived, I was asked again during the school holidays, he said I don't know, are you a Singaporean or not. Yes, maybe in the future I won't stay here anymore. For the room there is no issue, clean, fragrant, big too.

The hotel is close to Orchard Centrepoint and Orchard Gateway, Sommerset Station is only a few hundred meters away, there are lots of places to eat around, the hotel room is clean and the bed is comfortable enough for a family of 4, recommended for families.

The room is spacious, comfy and super clean. Breakfast also delicious too ⭐.
