Boring, the pool is not that big, it's crowded, even if you ask for extra towels when you're full, you have to pay a fee for breakfast, the refills are slow, the food that runs out, for example, the croissants are not refilled at all, and the yogurt and fruit are also slow to refill. The staff is not friendly.

In room dining food was cold whrn it arrived. Ordered Nachos and club sandwich. Club sandwich tasted ok. The cheese on the nachos was already hard when it arrived in the room. The room floor feels sandy. The bathroom water drain was very slow which leads to water ponding when taking shower.

The staff at the counter are friendly, easy to deal with. If you complain about something broken in the room, they come and fix it right away. The hotel atmosphere is quiet, not too noisy.

The room is large, clean and comfortable. I am satisfied sleeping next to you.

Everything is in place, basically it's a hotel but you can't expect a 5-star experience. There's even teambuilding facilities but not for guests. The tiles are old and can be heard moving.

I have a problem in getting a room, I booked a room that cannot be canceled and cannot be rescheduled... when I went to the hotel counter, customer service said, My room is not available.. I'd not find it... I even called traveloka Unable, busy, no one picked up.. After 20 minutes, the hotel staff said, I have changed the date to June 2... whereas, the room I booked cannot be rescheduled & I have never changed the date. I don't know who is at fault here, is it from the traveloka or the hotel... My first experience was very sad. I had to wait for almost 1 hour. There were no problems with the hotels before...

the mattress is old and should be replaced, the TV is about to break down, there are not many TV channels and it's boring, the bathroom and toilet are not cleaned perfectly

I can't believe this is the quality of a 4 star hotel. I was welcomed by smelly room (smell like damp clothes), no hotel like smell. Floor was dusty, curtain full of mold/fungus, and the breakfast menu and taste are terrible. Breakfast from stalls nearby taste way better than so called 4 hotel.

Nearest beach was 5 min walking distance. The scenery was beautiful. The room was spacious. However, hygiene was a major let down. The bathroom had multiple stains and hairs. The pool area was soiled with bird droppings. Breakfast lacks variation and taste.

The room smell like old room so bad my son got back from there have alergic and breakfast all table the staff not clean it short of staff maybe I never going there again.

Wow words can't explain how dumbfounded I was. This hotel is rundown and dirty! Smelly! Dark and musty! Its as if they're not even trying. Our room was dusty and furnitures are old. The door lock need some updating lah wei. Zaman kuno. Bbut I can give a star for the view from the hotel. Other than that, boleh laah kalau nak hotel murah tapi besar with nice view and access to the so-so beach nearby. The kids definitely love the pool. They left the lobby floor wet, from the stairs to the inside of the lift. Just adds up to the sloopiness and weird smell.

Location and the room was excellent. Definitely will be coming back later.
