However, we deeply apologise for the disappointment you experienced during check-out regarding the parking charges. Please allow us to clarify — in-house guests are entitled to complimentary basement parking, but once validation is completed at our reception, the vehicle must exit within 15 minutes. If the exit is delayed beyond that timeframe, the system will automatically impose charges, and unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
We regret if this policy was not communicated to you more clearly and especially if the way it was explained by our team came across as dismissive. This does not reflect the service standards we strive to uphold, and your experience has been highlighted for immediate attention and improvement.
