The hotel is a bit dated. Close to Brash Basah MRT exit A Good service Clean place with cool air conditioning. Toilets don't have bidets Rooms don't provide drinking water. A deposit is required upon check-in. If you pay with a debit card, upon check-out, the money is non-refundable. They say you have to wait 14 days for it to be automatically refunded (it's unclear whether it will be refunded or not, and this is clearly detrimental to us).

The price is unreasonable. It's too expensive for this hotel... if guests stay longer, they should give a discount on the room rate. The longer you stay at this hotel, the higher the price. Even though I'm a regular at this hotel.

I would recommend the hotel to visitors due to its great location, staff friendliness, cleanliness of rooms, and great hospitality.

Clean and good location to stay in Singapore

Traveler friends, if you want to explore the Bugis area, Hawker Albert Center, and Little India around this location, transportation is easy. And the hotel service is very satisfying and friendly, especially for the room service. Thank you for being part of our life experience.

The room was better than we expected, it is close to Bugis Street, near the MRT and in the middle of the city. The staff in the noon was friendly and nice. Would be great to come back again and again. Thank you for the hospitality and the room.

very strategic location..close enough if you want to go to Bugis..room is a bit small

During my recent stay at this hotel, I encountered several challenges that affected my overall experience. Unfortunately, the hotel does not seem well-suited for families or couples seeking a more private atmosphere. Accessibility to shared areas appeared to be an issue, which detracted from the sense of privacy. Furthermore, the comfort of the accommodations did not meet expectations. Although I requested additional pillows for our room, only one was provided for three guests, which was insufficient for our needs. As a result, I found it difficult to rest during my two-night stay. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel for future visits.

Room was small. The only reason I chose this hotel was because of its strategic location at the city center. Bras Basah and Bencoolen MRT stations are located within a stone's throw distance, easy to move around.

Classic and strategic area, the room cleanliness should be better. Air conditioning is so dusty.

Room & bathroom always clean, location near with MRT, bus station, and shopping center, market, food court, and restaurant on foot.

Choose here because you want to watch a concert at the National Stadium. The hotel's location is very strategic and very close to the Brash Basah MRT line (CC Line). To the National Stadium, just get off 4 stops to the Stadium MRT and don't need to change lines. There are many coffee shops and places to eat if you walk around the hotel. The staff is friendly, and the hotel allows early check-in. Arriving in set 2 was allowed to enter even though the check-in time was 2 pm, and most hotels in Singapore check-in time was 3 pm. The price is also affordable. Very helpful

The hotel is near Bugis market (souvenir shops), Albert Centre (many foods include Indonesian foods), Bras Basah (MRT) Station, and Bencoolen (MRT) Station. The room is very quiet and comfortable, although small, it's still nice for sleep.
