🚫 Absolutely Horrible Experience, Never Again.
Paid IDR 13 million+ for the worst hotel experience ever. Booked 3 rooms for 4 nights, but we ended up staying only 1 night, that’s how bad it was.
We checked in very early in the morning, no staff at the entrance, no one to open the door or help with our luggage. After checking in, still no assistance at all, we had to roll all our suitcases ourselves up to the room.
Here’s what went wrong:
1. Check-in experience: awful. No greeting, no service.
2. Air conditioner: broken. The room was boiling hot. I complained multiple times, but the lady receptionist (who was extremely rude) did absolutely nothing.
3. Reception service: shocking. When I politely asked for an extra key because I purposely left they ONLY one key that they gave inside the room, didnt take it out from the plug so the room can be cold with the aircon on, but guess what, it didnt. I slept sweeting, the room still very hot. but holy moly, so very rude, the receptionist snapped at me, saying, “Kalau depe kartu ilang torang charge 50 ribu!!” with a visibly annoyed face. Totally unprofessional.
4. Toilet: couldn’t be flushed.
5. Room: smelled terrible.
6. Bed: itchy and uncomfortable.
7. Facilities: old, worn-out, and supposedly under renovation. (We were only told this after checking out via text from the sales team.)
8. Housekeeping: disgusting. They threw items into the toilet and didn’t even bother to clean up.
9. I put the DND sign but hello, they knock the door so harshly anyways to ask if I want to clean the room.
We checked out the very next day, couldn’t stand another night.
💬 Overall: The most disappointing and unprofessional hotel experience I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your money, stay anywhere else.
