Excellent value for money. Room decor tired, could do with an update (all the hotel). But the view was fantastic. Quiet area, walkable to centre. Recommended.

A wonderful, quiet, well managed hotel in a terrific location. Super staff, great rooms, lovely range of breakfast items. All in all, to be highly recommended.

75 rooms, only 14 parking spaces. You need to park away from the hotel and walk with your bags when it's full, especially at night time. The night shift receptionist parks in the car park and takes one of those 14 spaces. He is rather unwelcoming too. On the other hand, the day shift receptionists were very helpful and caring. The breakfast food's quality really needs to improve. Lovely and helpful buffet staff though. The spare bed's mattress was too soft. There isn't a toilet by the pool, you need to enter the building to go to the toilets by reception. Fantastic views and very quiet area, 10 min walk to Cales Fonts.

Hotel Seth did not disappoint. Greeted with a warm welcome - our room was clean and overlooked the bay with stunning views from the spacious balcony. Bed was comfortable, super soft large towels and awesome shower. Happily we were out and about most days as by breakfast most of the sunbeds by the pool were already taken but there was always a sunbed available by 5ish when we returned for a swim. Dinner was disappointing - as buffets often are so would not recommend full board as there are plenty of nice restaurants in the port. Our stay was completely made by Ursula the receptionist who could not have been more helpful, fun and friendly.

Great hotel with very helpful, friendly staff. Impressive buffet breakfast with a wide range to choose from. The breakfast room has huge windows so you have an unrestricted sea view. We had a room with a sea view too which was great. Hotel very clean. In a great location - a very easy walk to the centre of town and the harbour restaurants and a five minute walk to the bus stop where you can get the bus to Mahon.

Generally very good. Lovely friendly staff. Very good food. Reasonable bar prices. A long way from a proper beach. Air conditioning could do with more oomph. Bathroom excellent. TV not tuned into any channels although I didn't mind personally.

We booked a small group into this hotel for two separate one-night periods. We specifically request TWIN rooms. We had been advised by another hotel they could not guarantee twins, so this was a requirement on booking. The hotel confirmed this was possible. On arrival the reception lady was exceedingly helpful in advance of the group arriving, allocating the rooms and double checking they were twins. Through our, the reception staff were helpful in every way. The hotel rooms are well-appointed, with excellent walk-in showers and a very effective aircon. The Breakfasts buffet was plentiful the variety and choices for all types of diets. The quality and range were comparable to hotels such as Fiur Season / Regent properties. Views from the restaurant were stunning too. Pool has showers you can use if you have a late departure and need to freshen up prior to a flight if you have checked out if your room. There's not a lot of character to the bar, but the staff are good and the views over the harbour are stunning. No complaints, although I noted to carpet wear in the corridor leading to the rooms. But if that's all I have that's negative to comment on I'd say it's a good thing. Once again thanks for a warm (reception staff) welcome and great stay, twice!😁

I really enjoyed my stay. My room was lovely, I had excellent views of the water from two aspects, the staff were very attentive and helpful, the pool was lovely and clean (very cold though) and it was a short walk into the town. I would come again and recommend to friends and family. Staff who stood out were Harold, Cleo and Cili. There are only two areas for improvement; one was a faint odour of damp in my room and better labelling of food for vegetarians.
