The staff at the reception were very kind, helpful and lovely.. There were the same two male staff working the shift patterns during our 4 days stay at the hotel and they were fantastic !

Very nice hotel. Nice food. No AC, but you have a fan. Personal is very polite, not all of them speak english but they will find a way to help you or to understand you.

Property in a good place, food much the same most days.

Staff promised a fan for the room because there was no aircon in the hotel and didn’t end up getting one everyday a different staff said yes but never gave us one. Food was the same everyday and wasn’t cooked properly fish had bones so inedible. Only one bar open at the back of the property. Maid every other day only made the beds and new towels if asked specifically no cleaning or covid friendly cleaning . Lift was broken. Bed broken. Adult pool no restrictions full of kids. No lifeguard they were working the bar couldn’t see the pool. Other people slamming doors all night and shouting on balconies. Balcony door didn’t lock/shut.

Loved the size of the property but the rooms where tiny and needed a bit of paint the noise from the front was horrendous no sound proofing and we were right on the front couldn't get to sleep as the noise from the pub 3 streets away was as clear as anything then traffic all night even people talking had us awake most of the night

Listing said my room would have fridge and kitchen and hotel had laundry...it had none of that. Room looked nothing like it either. WiFi they charged me $35/week x 2 to have laptop and phone hooked up and it hardly worked. My balcony was filled with trash and room floor dirty. No iron in room.

I was told I would have a fridge and kitchen and there was laundry here...room does not have that and it is tiny with twin size bed only. Room only has fan so can be hot and uncomfortable. They want to charge you TWICE for WiFi to have on laptop and phone. I am here for work and need both...absurd. Balcony was filled with trash and clothing. Maid threw my clothing and toiletries in my closet around.

Miscommunication and complete lack of competence by staff at desk. We were shown a picture of an apartment and expected that when we booked, but we're given a room with no air conditioning. We stayed in port pollenca and were also shown an apartment and received what we expected. Then the staff told us that food was all inclusive; we asked and the lady behind the service desk told us again, all inclusive, including beer and wine. When we came in from site seeing to have dinner, a dining room staff person started scolding us because we did not have arm bracelets to eat dinner! Fortunately we only stayed there for one night. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy their vacation or be given straight anwsers. Extremely disappointing visit to this area. In retrospect, we wished we would have stayed in port de pollenca as we had a great experience there!

Séjours mi octobre pour visiter l'île de majorque, appart hotel propre avec tout ce qu'il fallait, il est sûr que c'est un bâtiment mal insonorisé mais pas dérangeant pour nous "vu qu'ont y rentrait que pour dormir ".les personnes à l'accueil sont sympathiques et souriants. Accès direct bord de mer,2 piscines avec jeux pour enfant. Rapport qualité prix plus que correct, personnellement je préfère faire des activités et visiter donc cet hôtel était parfait pour nous.

fin turområde utenfor hotellet, stort familie rom. renhold er dårlig. ikke noe informasjon om måltidene, klokkeslett etc... ingen telefon på apartament rommet som man kan kontakte med resepsjon angående noe. ingen såpe på toalettet for vasking.

Leider insgesamt nicht sehr sauber. Frühstück hat auch nicht geschmeckt..

Es war eine tolle Reise und dem Preis angemessen!! Die Hauptsache ist das wir satt wurden und gut geschlafen haben ❤️❤️❤️

Leider keine Klima auf den Zimmern,dadurch wurden die Nächte kurz und der Aufenthalt anstrengend.

Chambre vétuste avec un ventilateur très très bruyant, salle de restauration très vieille…je ne recommande vraiment pas cet établissement Nous devions y séjourner une semaine, nous sommes partis après deux nuits

Die Appartments reichen für eine Woche komplett aus. Die Betten waren nur etwas unbequem. Es wurde nach Aufforderung sauber gemacht. Die Umgebung ist schön ruhig und in der Nähe befinden sich einige gute Restaurants.

El desayuno deja mucho que dejar. Colchones y almohadas super incomodas. Horarios estrechos y poco flexibles para las comidas

Keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern, zimmertüren und Balkon Tür nicht Einbruchs sicher zu laute Musik am Abend Lautstärke auf den Gängen zu den Zimmern

Für 2 Sterne wirklich sehr gut!! Personal sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Anlage ist nicht hoch modern aber sauber und in Ordnung. Lage auch super
