Property was quite dated, especially the bathrooms. Everything was kept very clean however, and staff were very helpful. Good gluten free options for breakfast when inquiry was made as well.

Great location for the train station. Breakfast, AC and Shower all very good. Furniture in the room a bit outdated but who cares. I’d definitely stay there again.

The hotel is very close to Santa Maria Novella station - perfect for those having to use the train. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the area around the hotel is also safe at night. Food options and bars are never a worry - so much to choose rrom. I would stay at this hotel again!

Bathroom had mold, furniture had holes. No plugs for appliances, mold on bath curtain, paint peeling and mold in bathroom

I liked the location of this hotel. Only a five minute walk to the train station, and easy access to food, the market, and much more. Everything else was about 10-15 minutes away. The staff was very friendly and attentive. There was air conditioning and an elevator. Both worked well. The rooms were a little dirty on the walls, but overall, I liked staying here and would stay again!

Just a bare bones basic hotel. No frills. Room television did not work. Near the train station, which is convenient, but a scary area.

Pleasant 3 star hotel, less than 100 metres from the underpass to SMN station and minutes from the main sights. Hotel needs modernisation, but is very well priced for Florence. Staff very nice. There's a lack of storage space in the bedrooms and the breakfast was a bit grim - unless you like a lot of sugary foods.

This is a very nice hotel, very convenient to all the sites and restaurants that Florence has to offer. The room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the shower head was cracked, making for a messy bathroom.

Delightful boutique hotel with delicious breakfast. Front desk staff and housekeeping were exceptionally nice. The location between the central train station and the Duomo was perfect!

Two words , BED BUGS. Woke up at 5 am, turned on the lights. Bed bug on my wife’s sheet. Killed it and then another one on the wall, then on curtain, another on the wall, etc. manager angry and defensive, not our responsibility, she said. Other travelers fault. What? Not worth it. Stay away. Waiting to hear Sure enough, next day bites start showing up. Really disappointing experience

Do NOT stay here - rooms had bed bugs. Although it appeared the staff were being helpful changing my first room, the new room also had bed bugs. Woke up covered in painful bits and ended up sleeping on a towel with lights on. After all that, they will only offer a 50% refund. Cannot comment on the rest of the hotel as left as soon as I could in the morning.

Good value & location, but thin walls, not great noise protection, and small rooms

The location is absolutely perfect: just steps from Santa Maria Novella station and within easy walking distance to all of Florence’s iconic landmarks, charming streets, and excellent dining. One of the unexpected highlights was the bath tub in my room—a rare luxury in many European hotels. After long days exploring the city, it was such a joy to unwind and relax in comfort. Everything was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, making this hotel a wonderful home base in Florence. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to both leisure and business travelers.
