Its not clean

El recepcionista muy grosero, llegamos un poco antes y no nos quiso dar la recamara, y no habia agua

Yo me hospedé con mi mascota y hay que tener en cuenta que por esto te cobran $300 extra por noche, además de que dejas $500 (reembolsables) por garantía en caso de que tu mascota dañe la habitación. La habitación estaba bien pero debo mencionar que si apareció uno que otro bicho, pero fuera de eso estaba limpia. La mejor parte considero que es el servicio de restaurante. Por $150 incluye una buena porción con refresco, y la comida estaba muy rica. Además, el señor que atendió los dos días que comimos ahí dio un excelente servicio, muy atento y rápido 10/10. Lo único que si se debe tener en cuenta es la ubicación del hotel. Se encuentra en una parte del centro de la ciudad que nos comentaron algunos locales es muy peligrosa, en especial de noche. Desafortunadamente no sabíamos esto y al salir una noche al 7-Eleven que está a dos cuadras nos tocó vivir un incidente con una persona que estaba mal de sus facultades.

The property and rooms looked nothing like the pictures. Beds, bathrooms, sinks, and floors had hair and dirt. Plus beds were extremely uncomfortable. Nothing was like the pictures provided.

This property was so dirty and a terrible part of town and the front desk. Staff was very rude.

Dirty. Very dirty. We didnt even stay looked for another hotel.. just nasty place

Non working electrical outlets, smelly room, smelly AC, thin walls, paint chipping from the walls, the key card kept demagnetizing, the rooms were not as clean as they could have been. Overall not the worst but definitely not a good experience by any means.

The hotel good, but the area around is terrible construction on the floor not good it resulted bad imagen.

Disrespectful staff. Dismal parking that they said would have to have me parked in the busy street. Wanted to charge me more. Unclean facilities.

For the price I paid And the area I was not expecting a very nice hotel , but for my surprise staff very friendly, clean installations , family oriented Definetly I will stay there when I go back to Monterrey

I chose this hotel for its location and price. It didn’t disappoint. It was very affordable and clean. We had A/C, clean sheets, soft towels, hot water, and tv. I liked that it was tile floors so that my toddler could play around in the room. The parking was very small for my truck but we were able to park just in front of the hotel, which was very nice. I would recommend.

And the shower don’t have any place to put the soap and shampoo
