My wife had mental illness and they contacted the law on her and never released our belongings to us.

Common areas seem to be well maintained. Rooms are not maintsi ed very well Air cond is terrible. I think theybturn it off at night.

Nice property, comfortable beds. Staff was veey welcoming at checkin. Room was not so clean, especially noticeable in bathroom. Hotel notified at checkout.

Property was nice. Room was nice. Staff was very kind. VERY noisy at night. Loud vehicles and loud people in the courtyard. We wee on the 7 th floor and heard them like it was right outside our door. Didn’t sleep well as a result.

Everything except for cleanness was great. Very pleased with breakfast quality, price and bed comfort. The only issue was there was sheet with large blood stains on it + bath tub floor was not clean

Rooms were not as spacious as other places we have stayed at but it was nice and we slept well. Breakfast was good and the outside patio was awesome!

We weren’t offered parking information upon check in. Found the hotel garage (around the corner detached from the hotel and parked, but our key wouldn’t open the walkway door back to the hotel. Found out later that the garage is $10 a night but it wasn’t offered to us. Shower was dirty, and only one light switch operated both the bathroom light and the outer sink area. Hotel has been recently remodeled but sink leaked. Went to the lobby for breakfast at 8:30 AM (which was complementary went I went for coffee at 7:00 AM) only to find that at that time of the morning it cost $16.95 per person…again, no mention of this was made at check in. Very disappointing experience overall. We won’t be back.

Had to check in after the game! Hotel was not ready twice. We had to check in around 10:30. Very inconvenient.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy walking distance to several restaurants. However, the pool and patio area were run-down and not well maintained.

I was in town to move my child to student housing for the university. I had not stayed at this hotel before because I had seen negative reviews about the condition of the building. However more recent reviews indicated the building has been improved significantly, so I decided to give it a try. We had a very pleasant stay. Everything was clean and renovated. Breakfast buffet was good, though a bit pricey - no complaints otherwise. One improvement I could recommend would be to facilitate electronic tipping for the valets, since there is no self parking. Cash is harder to come by these days and I rarely carry any, but would like to be able to tip the valets. The hotel does a good job in adjusting the room rate to account for the daily valet parking charge, which is reasonable. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. If you haven’t been here in a while, check it out. We enjoyed our stay.

It was a good stay. The parking policy wasn’t clear in the hotel’s description online. The workers were very nice.

Overall, the experience was pleasant. The walls were thin so you could hear those in the adjacent room. Also, the room was not cleaned by housekeeping after the first night (stayed two nights) and I ensured that the Do Not Disturb sign was not displayed.
