This is my second time back at this hotel, I was so happy with everything from the hotel atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff, and the very comfortable rooms.

My family and I had a very memorable stay at eL Hotel. Please add a variety of animal protein to the breakfast menu.

I was pleased with the friendly and very helpful hotel staff, both at check-in, and I like having coffee and walking around the lobby in shabby clothes, the hotel staff was still friendly.

No wonder, this is the best hotel I've stayed at in Bandung, I forgot I've stayed here 8 or 9 times and every impression is always the same.

The hot water in the bathroom is not hot, towels are not yet available,,, and asking for them takes a long time

We arrived at 11:30 on Wednesday, intending to leave our luggage and go find lunch. It turned out the room was ready and we were allowed early check-in. Wow, we were so happy to be able to relax a bit. What we liked about this hotel was: - The location is not far from Braga Street, but it's not as noisy as staying in Braga. You can choose your food just a short walk away. - The breakfast food at the restaurant was delicious. Top-notch. It suited my Sundanese palate. Nothing was off-putting. The menu selection was quite varied. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The only downside is that the heated pool is 105cm deep. So you can imagine how cold it would be during the rainy season. Hehe

There was a big brown stain on the back of the bed cover...it looked like it hadn't been replaced, it felt itchy on my skin, even though I've stayed here many times...but this was the first time it wasn't comfortable...

The right choice if you want to find a hotel in the Braga area, the breakfast menu has many variations, and almost nothing is wrong.

A 4-star hotel feels like a 5-star hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the food is excellent, both in terms of taste and price. We were also very pleased with the complimentary afternoon tea service for guests.

We booked two rooms and request connecting doors from the beginning (even call the hotel after booking) but during check in they said it's not possible because fully booked room. In the end we got two opposite rooms in the same floor which is fair enough. The staffs are kind, helpful and informative. They have bike rent if you need one during stay in Bandung. Location is perfect, near to lots of hype area as well as city center. Since the hotel location is parallel to the railroad tracks, some rooms inevitably more noisy than others. However, you can request upon arrival if you need more quiet one.

Overall, it's good, but the sound of motorbikes, cars, and trains can be quite loud. The room isn't very soundproof.

The hotel staff is friendly, I arrived early because I was afraid of traffic jams, the front office staff helped with early check in. There are many variations of food at breakfast. The hotel is close to everywhere and clean, unfortunately the warm water pool is only for toddlers. The adult pool is cold, but overall, the El Royale hotel is the best. If I go to Bandung, I want to stay here again.
