The location is truly a winner, guys. It's that close to everywhere, right in the city center. The hotel facilities are also complete, ATM, playground, swimming pool. It's nice when in the morning there is traditional music playing in the lobby, it's a joy to hear and see it, so proud to still preserve Sundanese culture. Besssttt El Hotel 👍👍👍

We arrived at 11:30 on Wednesday, intending to leave our luggage and go find lunch. It turned out the room was ready and we were allowed early check-in. Wow, we were so happy to be able to relax a bit. What we liked about this hotel was: - The location is not far from Braga Street, but it's not as noisy as staying in Braga. You can choose your food just a short walk away. - The breakfast food at the restaurant was delicious. Top-notch. It suited my Sundanese palate. Nothing was off-putting. The menu selection was quite varied. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The only downside is that the heated pool is 105cm deep. So you can imagine how cold it would be during the rainy season. Hehe

There was a big brown stain on the back of the bed cover...it looked like it hadn't been replaced, it felt itchy on my skin, even though I've stayed here many times...but this was the first time it wasn't comfortable...

A 4-star hotel feels like a 5-star hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the food is excellent, both in terms of taste and price. We were also very pleased with the complimentary afternoon tea service for guests.
