Just a suggestion: Increase the number of elevators that reach floor B2 and even extend to B3, as the hotel also serves weddings. So, on weekends, the parking lot is full, all the way to B3. And it's also a bit of a hassle for hotel guests when they have to find parking, which is difficult because it's full.

The location is very close to Braga, which is why weekend prices are significantly different from weekdays. However, I think it's well worth it. Because the hotel is large and includes apartments, it can get very crowded during events, especially on weekends. I was unlucky enough to get a corner room where there were pillars, making it cramped and uncomfortable. The split AC in the room also seemed to need servicing as it wasn't cooling enough.

This is my first time staying here but I've already received good service. I initially booked a Merdeka Twin room, but upon check-in, I was upgraded to a condotel, but I don't know why, but I got a spacious room 🙂. Thank you El Hotel. I'll stay here again when I go to Bandung.

I booked the Lembong Deluxe type with a view of the main road. The room and toilet were clean and fragrant. The staff were friendly. The location is very strategic, close to everywhere, walking distance to Braga. There are many food places (culinary). The swimming pool is ok, spacious, clean. InsyaAllah I will come back again. Overall, it was pleasant. Suggestions for the hotel include: Reception staff should direct guests to which elevator to use upon check-in, as the rooms are in different buildings. The elevator that goes directly to the basement parking area is turned off upon check-out. The hotel should be aware of this during peak hours. Maintenance is being carried out on the lobby drop-off glass on Sunday mornings during peak hours. This disrupts the lobby drop-off queue.
