Good breakfast and friendly staff.

One night clean comfortable

This is a lonely, fairly small hotel. We stayed in the Panorama Suite which was really spacious, impressive and comfortable with great views. This is a great hotel to be near the zell am see slope, walking distance to rental shops and the slope. The breakfast was nice, although the restaurant is quite small and it does get very busy with everyone wanting to hit the slopes in the morning. There is space at the hotel to store ski equipment, although it is limited and if you stay or later you're not guaranteed space. We were a little disappointed but the facilities, we thought there would be more spa like facilities but it is just a sauna in the basement which we didn't fancy going in. In the local area there isn't too much going on - we found the dining options limited from a vegetarian/vegan perspective, and a lot of activities that were recommended were not open until summer (i.e boat trips on the lake). We would rather have stayed in Kaprun on reflection. However it was still a good stay, and it's also conveniently located for bus stops to take you to the other slopes. Would recommend for a short stay.

A very nice place to stay. Everything was good except the wifi was spotty and only worked adequately sometimes. Great evening music and street food festival and laser light show on the lake while we were there. Very good service by hotel staff and quite friendly.

This hotel was *outstanding*!! The room we got was huge, and the beds were so comfortable, the view was perfect and the price couldn’t be beat. On top of that the staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was top-notch. If I could rate it higher than 5* I would in a heartbeat.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Kaprun. 5 minute walk downhill to the town centre. Good skiing and apres ski. Enjoyed the spa facilities in the hotel. Definitely recommend it and we’ll stay again.

The stay was awful. The room was hot and there was no air conditioning available. There was no parking available so we had to park on the street and pay for it separately.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly, the breakfast is super delicious, and the room is pretty good sized! I stayed here for the ironman triathlon and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the events. I would definitely stay here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very nice hotel in the heart of town. The room was large and spacious-especially the bathroom.

The hotel was a nice location within easy walking distance to many local attractions. Even with the added business due to Ironman event, the staff were very friendly and very responsive. Great location, great staff, and excellent overall stay.

Beautiful hotel! Upscale and ultra clean. Our room was spacious and well appointed. Bathroom was up to date and spotless. Kitchenette equipped with all we needed. Steps away from the lake. Plus, the staff was extremely kind and helpful😀
