Lovely, extremely comfortable & great central location. Family run and it shows in the excellent service & upkeep of the hotel. One suggestion: foldable luggage racks for the rooms would be a big help!

Great location with underground parking. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff- can’t say enough about their positive attitude. Rooms and facilities were perfect. And breakfast was superb, including custom-prepared omelettes upon request. Full and extensive cold breakfast buffet as well. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days and everything was perfect from the moment we checked in. The location is great, walk to everything. The included breakfast was delicious and all staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely. I would highly recommend!!

I feel that this hotel is a great value for Gstaad. The free spa, with a sauna and a steam room, is spacious, clean, and well-functioning. The rooms are the same. Breakfast is good, with omelets and other items available for order at no charge. The free bikes are modern and well-maintained. They will pick you up from the train station upon request. The staff are competent and friendly. The location is good - a short walk from the center of town. I'll continue to stay here.

The Hotel has a very Swiss Alpine feel. The Staff was very helpful. The Hotel was extremely quiet, and the Breakfast was extensive.

The Swiss are not renowned for their culinary skills, but this property was very average by Swiss standards. Amenities were barely average. Some staff were excellent, others were not really interested in assisting.

the hotel is really nice the view in the panorama is limited not much to see, but the hotel is worth it good space and great staff. careful with the parking is small

Beautiful wooden chalet-style yet up-to-date architecture. Nice garden with pond; we could hear the water flowing from the fountain, it sounded like the soothing murmur of a river. Excellent restaurant with outstanding service.

Very poor service which shouldn’t be expected for this price.

Perfect location right in the heart of Gstaad and accessible to most of the town via walking. Pillows were not great and felt almost hollow.
