Please improve the pest control. We found lots of small cockroaches in the bathroom. The rice noodles for breakfast tasted rancid. 😔

During my 2 nights stay at the hotel was quite pleasant, strategic location close to the city center. Access to everywhere is close, around there are many food stalls, for the friendliness of the staff is good, the hotel facilities for the price of 500 / night are quite appropriate, regarding the cleanliness of the room is quite clean. There are some items that are rarely cleaned because they are not visible such as the bedside lamp cap which is full of dust, the edge of the window glass, room 511 is quite good with a view of the city, only the sink pipe below is leaking, & the water drain knob has come off maybe because the hotel is quite old, yesterday I wanted to tell the staff I forgot. The room is adequate, the price is affordable. During my stay, the power went out twice, the towels were torn in the room, and the food was also not very tasty, not much variety. Funny thing is, when I wanted to swim in the morning, the door to the pool was said to be broken, many guests could not enter. There should have been a written note, at least people would know, poor people were confused. Moreover, the staff were indifferent when told. You have to go into the kitchen area to enter the pool area and even then it took a long time for the door to be opened completely. The pool area water was dirty and slippery on the floors, wanting to order food and drinks in the pool area was a hassle, the crew was indifferent. That's all, thank you.

The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. A must-try during your stay is the bread. There's a bakery there, and the bread is delicious.

Complete facilities, rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, only the food, the menu is not suitable for children.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, making check-in easy and quick. The lobby was lively and made me feel safe because of the security presence. There were plenty of street vendors and a small supermarket nearby, making it easy to buy what you needed.

Everything is good, only there are baby cockroaches in the bathroom.

The bathroom was dirty, the TV remote control didn't work, the door was problematic, the sheets weren't clean, the lights weren't bright, there were lots of cockroaches in the room.

The hotel is comfortable with affordable prices, and there is a swimming pool.

Experience was great, the only missing thing was the AC took 3-4 hours to get really cold. The rest is great
