Great stay. Yummy healthy food. Quiet and tranquil. Lovely location.

It was a great place to stay, staff were lovely.

Probably one of the best for price/quality here in Lanzarote. Breakfast well assorted and dinner very well served. Unfortunately I didn't tried the swimming pool or the other services because it didn't rain: that's the only way to keep me in the hotel 😂

I visited Casas Heddy as a solo traveller in August 2023. It was a super experience. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and very helpful. The other guests were also lovely too and I felt very safe and comfortable while there. The facilities were great, super food and a lovely swimming pool and handy gym and classes. I would definitely recommend Casas Heddy to anyone.

Very spacious property with lovely grounds, but in a remote and quiet part of Puerto del Carmen. Breakfast was plentiful but bland imo.

Good location, great staff & great breakfast. Hard to find bad points here - had the on site massage with Frida which was wonderful! Looking forward to returning here already & big thanks to Michal for all the activities

Struttura carina molto tranquilla

Todo bien, las instalaciones, aunque no las utilice mucho, pero la piscina está adaptada para entrar por una rampa con barandilla, el minigolf.... La persona de la recepción de por la mañana (siento no saber su nombre), muy dispuesta y me ayudó en todo lo que la pregunté.

Pulito e accogliente. Ottima la colazione molto varia, abbondante e con prodotti freschi ogni giorno. Giardino molto curato. Camere silenziose e tranquille. Posizione strategica rispetto all'isola. E' stato tutto perfetto. Unica pecca i letti erano separati e non matrimoniale.

Schöne Unterkunft oben am Hang gelegen. Der Pool ist wirklich gross und die Anlage allgemein weitläufig und gepflegt. Und das Frühstück war wirklich der Oberhammer! Selten so gut gefrühstückt.

El desayuno poco variado. Por lo demás excelente me parece un poco caro la lavandería.
