good ambience, classic yer modern interior, overall clean. but for the bathroom in my room, they dont have a good lighting so for me it’s quiet creepy to go to the bath at night.

Overall, it was very good and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and varied. However, the soundproofing in the room and door was poor, so it was easy to get disturbed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The TV, Wi-Fi, and AC all worked well.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. The ambience is nice with a touch (and smell) of traditional heritage. Just have a bit of ants infestation problems, but the rest is fine.

Spacious hotel, good service. The TV was a bit problematic at first, but the hotel staff was helpful. If I ordered GrabFood at night, the security guard would deliver it upstairs. What I liked was the ergonomic chair for working. Not to mention the location is in the city center. In my opinion, this hotel is recommended.

the staff is very responsive.. the heater in the room had a problem and then called the staff and it was immediately handled.. the breakfast menu is varied and delicious.. especially the national menu.. the hotel is located in the city center so the accommodation is affordable.. not bad for the size of the room..
