It was a pleasure to stay here, the staff were friendly, the room was clean, the food in the restaurant had a lot of variety, the taste was delicious, when checking out I asked for time to pray Dhuhr first in the room, thank God they gave me permission. I will stay here again if I come back to Sari Ater.

The hotel staff were very friendly upon check-in and were willing to provide a birthday treat at no additional cost. The hotel room was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent.

We stayed from Friday to Saturday. Our standard room, without a balcony, was still okay, with a smooth hot shower and complete amenities. The breakfast was excellent, with a complete selection of fried rice, rendang, capcay, lontong opor ayam (chicken rice cake with coconut milk), salad, and more. It was super worth it. You get access to choose one pool (we chose Mayangsari Pool) and one recreational park (curug2). The only downside is there's no elevator to the upper floors; you have to climb the stairs. Those with elderly parents are better off staying at the villa. The best atmosphere is at dawn, when you can walk around exploring all the waterfalls. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at Sari Ater Hotel.

Stayed one night on Saturday, October 18, 2025. Thank God, I received exceptional service. As soon as I entered, the receptionist was friendly and explained the facilities provided, including free parking, free entry for two people to the Mayang Sari hot pool, waterpark, etc., and there was also a welcome drink. The room was fragrant and clean, well-maintained, the bathroom was clean, the hot water worked well, the AC and TV worked well, the mattress and pillows were just the right thickness and softness. I happened to request a wedding anniversary cake, and it was well-made (thanks Sari Ater :D), the breakfast had a lot of variety, and the taste was delicious (Chef Brajan bumbu good job). A memorable family vacation, highly recommended 👍

The facilities are okay, the breakfast is the best, if you want to soak, just do it in front of the restaurant

The natural ambiance is great, but the hotel facilities are less than comfortable. The hotel is old, so the facilities are minimal. The sound from the next room is clearly audible, the room is cramped, and the AC is noisy. Suitable for nature lovers, there are many accommodation options besides the hotel.

All good, on weekdays it is recommended to soak in warm water so it is comfortable.

Staying at Sariater is as comfortable as it gets. It's a refreshing place with everything. The atmosphere makes you want to come back again and again. The staff are all friendly.

The check-in/out process is fast, the hotel area is clean and fragrant, the staff are helpful and friendly, the room is comfortable, we slept soundly, the kids didn't want to go home, it's a shame the play area is far away, but a shuttle service is provided so we can take them anywhere.
