I had no choice but to book it at an extremely expensive price compared to other dates since I could only travel during new years. I wouldnt say the amenities were appropriate for the price I have paid but considering that it is the busiest time of the year, I understand such result. The room itself was pretty simple and the view was quite nice. It was slightly cold tho, but there’s an extra heater so it wasnt a big issue. Things I didnt like was absence of a shower in the room and a small living room/sleeping area. 3 people just fit in the room and we couldnt sit around the table once the futon was set. Otherwise the service was great and we totally loved the onsens. Lots of variety, clean, hot and great view. Overall it was good, but not worth the price I paid. I still enjoyed the stay so I’m satisfied anyways.

Staffs were really freindly and it was a such an amaIng experience

The ryokan is situated around 15 to 20 mins walk from the JR station. It was a nice walk to get there; alternatively, the ryokan has shuttle service and you can ask it to pick you up. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and the ryokan has nice onsens. It also has two private onsens but I didn't get to use them. Both the dinner and breakfast were great.

Strong urine smell in the bathroom when checked in to the hotel.

Some might had a good stay with service, but sadly It has not happened to me. ; ( I stayed with my mum and dad for 1 night. Run of house type with half board. 1. The room condition - Normal, nothing special. But the room was small and right beside hallway. 2. Food - It was ok, but middle of the course, we had to wait for more than 10mins and other table who started dinner after us were served before us. 3. Location - far from main street, the Kinrin lake is 10mins away by car. 4. Smell - My mum didn't like the mell of "tatami", please be aware of that. And the room number "2105" is beside kitchen. Mixed smell of foods and tatami, wow, You don't want to smell it. My mum had headache all night and morning. She bearly slept that night. - I put on the air purifier all night but didn't help. 5. View from hot spring - Good........ Same as the photo. However, after that smell, I would pay more and stay other ryokan with similar view. I am not going to say do not stay there, I just want to say one thing. If you have a sensitive nose, then do not stay at "2105". ask them to change to another room.

美麗的景緻，非常好的環境

하카타역이랑 걸어서 10분 안걸렷던거 같아요 바로 옆에 편의점도 있고 일단 객실이 너무 깔끔했어요 아침에 기차소리듣고 깨는것도 좋았어여 1층에 흡연실도 깨끗하고 1층에 구비되어있는 일회용 세안도구도 잘썻습니다

温泉もお部屋も設備もとても気に入りました。 スタッフ皆様、本当ににこやかで親切で柔軟に対応していただき由布院での楽しい時間を過ごせました。 次回も利用させていただきます。

직원들은 친절했고 음식도 맛있고 훌륭했으며 전반적으로 매우 만족합니다.

좋았습니다~~~ 가족여행으로 자유여행은 이번이 처음인데 너무 거로 재밌게 잘 다녀왔어요!!! 남녀노소 모두에게 만족스러웠던 경험이었습니다~~ 숙박시설도 좋았고 서비스도 시설도 좋았구 가이세키 맛있었어요! 정말 대접받는 느낌!! 엄마 환갑가족여행 성공적이었어요!! 이번 여행으로 인해 더 자주 여행갈 수 있을 것 같아요

친절하고 좋아요

아주 좋았어요 다들 너무 친절하셨고요 ㅎㅎ 조식을 시간보다 조금 늦게 나갔더니 미리 차려져 있어서 다 식은게 아쉽네요 전체적으로 아주 좋았습니다. 근처의 유후인도 너무 멋진 가게들이 많아서 즐겁게 구경했어요

숙소에 들어갈 때부터 나올 때까지 모든 것이 좋았습니다. 우선 사이간쿠칸에 들어가면 체크인을 하는 동안 제공되는 말차와 떡 그리고 유후다케산 경치가 너무 좋습니다. 방은 마운틴뷰로 예약했기 때문에 유후다케 산이 잘 보이는 방을 제공해주었습니다. 방에서 보는 산 경치도 너무 멋있었습니다. 또한 가족탕, 대욕탕 모두 노천탕에서 산이 잘 보여 그야말로 힐링이 되었습니다. 정갈하게 제공되는 가이세키 도 좋았습니다. 다음에는 부모님 모시고 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

膳食不錯，服務態度好，房間大和舒適

온천이 매우 좋아요 가족탕도 좋고 공용탕도 좋아요 가이세끼요리도 훌륭했어요

已經第二次入住此酒店，住宿環境依然保持得很好，地方乾淨舒適。榻榻米的軟硬度也令人睡得很舒服。酒店更設有免費接送酒店服務。值得再去入住。

泡湯不錯，有家庭池。晚餐好吃。房間有點潮濕。但要另外收泡湯費用。

편안하게 온천할수 있어 좋았고 특히 식사가 너무 좋았습니다
