It's good that drinking water is already inside.

A comfortable hotel for vacationing and relaxing in the middle of the city. The breakfast menu is quite varied, but the taste could be improved as it tends to be bland.

Room was okay, amenities was only dental kit, but staff mentioned able to provide upon request. Drinking water was refillable jug with dispenser outside without cold water — somehow the dispenser wasn’t powered on. My room was on 2nd floor accessible by stairs only, not an issue for me. But take note if your travelling companion has difficulty to access stairs, may want to request room on 1st floor. Quite a walk from lobby to my room which was located near the end of the property, but great view tho, almost lost during my 1st day but easily find my way to lobby. If ordering food delivery, need to walk to lobby to pick up. TV no Netflix or YouTube — just regular channels. Shower head’s water was really soft and polite, but the rainshower has good pressure. Towels were decent: 2 bath towels and 1 bath mat. Overall a good stay, will def recommend and stay here again for my next visit.

I actually booked a superior room but was switched to a deluxe without confirmation, even though the building condition of the superior room is better than the deluxe. So I'm a bit disappointed because of this. Next time you book a superior room, please don't be switched again for the same reason. Thank you.

Breakfast was takeaway because we wanted to go to Nusa Penida so we checked out early, but the food wasn't that great. The pool facilities were nice, but it was strange that the drinking water was outside the room.

stayed here for a night before we go to Nusa Penida the next day. at the beginning it looks like a small hotel, but when you go inside, it is a big hotel. yes, they have a long swimming pool. unfortunately didn't have time to tried. i got the room with swimming pool view. so i can enjoy and chill at night while sitting on the bench in front of my room. although the room wasn't big, but it still comfortable. Oh it is only around 10 minutes to take you to Sanur Harbour.

It’s quite nice. I expect there was a hairdryer but it wasn’t. I think for 4 star hotel, they should at least provide that. Others are nice. It is close to The Trans Metro Dewata where I can travel to some places.

The staff was friendly because they offered to upgrade the room from the room I booked.

The location is easy to access, the staff are friendly, very helpful in fulfilling visitors' requests, quick to respond to problems (leaking AC), the environment is clean, the swimming pool is routinely cleaned every day, our room was not strategic because it was at the back of the hotel, but the room was spacious and quite clean.

At the first time when entering the lobby, the hotel looks not spacious, but surpisingly they have spacious place with 2 pools. Unfortunately they need to improve the variety of their meals. The room also spacious and comfortable, but they need to scrub the bathroom floor especially under the shower. However, i satisfied staying there and recommend this hotel. When the waterflood happened, They also send notification for guests who want to go to airport to prepare 1-2 hours extra time prior the flight to prevent traffic jam. This is a great service.

The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff are friendly.

This hotel is very crowded with visitors who are not there to stay, the hotel is full of people practicing diving, swimming lessons, so we really can't feel comfortable, especially when using the swimming pool facilities, it's very crowded, it shouldn't be opened to the public... because it makes it uncomfortable for those who stay at the hotel.

1. When I first entered the room, there were a lot of mosquitoes. 2. I called reception at 9:30 PM to ask to change the safe code. The staff said they would send someone to my room to help. I waited until 11 PM, but no one came. 3. I happened to have just finished participating in the Maybank Marathon, and most of the people staying at this hotel were Maybank Marathon participants. At 11:30 AM, I was reminded to check out, but the road to and from the hotel was extremely congested. They refused permission for a late check-out after 1:30 PM. Late check-outs after 6 PM are charged IDR 400,000. When I arrived at the hotel at 12:05 PM, I was ready to check out at 12:30 PM, because I was already uncomfortable with the hotel, even though I wanted a late check-out.

Exploring the hotel I'm staying at is one of my absolute musts. This time, it was at The Cakra Hotel Denpasar Bali. And this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The swimming pool and garden area are gorgeous and spacious! Highly recommended! And the hotel's location is perfect. Close to Sanur and close to Bali United because the Maybank Marathon was being held. And the room was huge. It had a spacious balcony. The bathroom was also modern and very comfortable. This is very important, haha...

For the location, room, cleanliness, facilities are good. Just input for pool towels should be provided in the pool area (front and back) instead of having to request a card to reception. I stayed in a suite room, too far to walk to the front just to ask for a pool towel. Overall, perhaps only the food is lacking, both room service and breakfast. Room service: Fish and Chips fish still fishy and beef burger is not tasty. For breakfast options are quite good, but the taste is lacking.

Hotel Cakra is one of my favorites! I often stay here while my kids take swimming lessons. The hotel's location is really convenient, and the staff are super friendly. The rooms are cozy and clean, making it a great spot for families like mine. Highly recommended!

We had a good time here even though we only spent 1 night, but overall it was good. Definitely will come back one day.

A hotel with a serene atmosphere... We stayed in a mezzanine type...spacious room at an affordable price...the ground floor is for watching TV, the upstairs is for the bed. The room was clean, the toilet had a smooth flow, and the water was very warm. The staff were very friendly...they helped carry our suitcases to our room. 😀. It's close to Sanur Harbor, so if you're planning to go to Penida, staying here isn't too far. The parking lot might be a bit small. But the security guard is very nice, and if you can't get a parking spot, they'll find a solution...
