The hotel was old, haven’t been updated in a while. The bathroom doors didn’t work/close all the way, the shower needs to be changed, water licking from the shower into the bathroom floor. The breakfast food was just okay. I would rather stay somewhere else next time

Hotel em região movimentada. Fiquei em apartamento de fundo e não tive nenhum problema com barulhos, conforme havia lido em outros posts. Indico o local.

Hotel com ótima localização, quarto espaçoso e confortável, porem o café da manha fraquissimo com poucas opções. Na primeira vez fui pedir pra fritarem um ovo e me cobraram 4 reais, ja na segunda me disseram que não poderiam fazer, pois o hotel estava cheio. Em tantos hoteis que ja fiquei hospedado nunca vi ser negado um pedido de fritar um ovo. Espero que isso possa melhorar com o decorrer do tempo.

The bad room was very poor and bad condition

In both days the service people opened the room Door and get in to the room unless request permission I felt so in comfortable and invasive! The worst experience so far!

This hotel is old and seems neglected although it is in the best street of downtown. They may want to change the management and utilize the facilities better.There is not even an iron in the whole hotel. How does that correlate with a conference room in the hotel?? The rooms have been refurbished but remain feeling 60's the breakfast is very artificial and not interesting. Staff was great and very help ful

The reception in general wasn't good ant the breakfast terrible. The price we payed was too high for what we received. The bathrooms were old and not that clean.

Don't stay here. Unsafe area. There's three brothels just across the street from the hotel. No good restaurants around. Awful awful room. Smelly lobby. Terrible breakfast.

Generally OK given the (good) price I paid!

The staff was wonderful. However, the hotel room was nice but the bathroom in rather sad shape. Loved the pool, once the pool deck was unlocked, but there were no steps into the pool and I am not a spry young thing, so had a great deal of difficulty getting out of the pool. Cabanas were presumably under repair and a sea of concrete and rubbish, not really a problem, but they might as well have locked them off. The breakfast buffet was lovely, but otherwise there was no restaurant or bar available in the hotel and the Augusta area is a bit intimidating late at night if you want something and are alone.

The hotel was OK. Good location, close to the metro and buses system. I didn't like the cleanliness of the room and also the room in general. Look old and for the price I paid I could have better room. The staff is nice for sure and the breakfast buffet is very good!
