Good location right on Pantai Cenang, close to shops and food. The room was clean and basic. Staff were friendly. Suitable for a short and budget-friendly stay.

Hotel staffs are all good and ready to help even during wee hours in the morning. The room smells nice and is clean. Breakfast is also good with ample varieties.

When we arrived we were made to wait hours for our room to be available. No offer of welcome drink or a place to wait. The staff were not coping and were quite offhand about any questions we asked. The room itself was located in a set of villa style rooms away from the main hotel building and was adequate at best, though the location was great. On our 2nd night there the basin in the bathroom toppled off its pedestal. We were moved to an empty room next door, which was 10 times better. Seems we got the room that had not been renovated. Aside from all that, the hotel is in a great area and could be very good if it was renovated, had enthusiastic staff and was a bit cleaner.

It doesn't match the promotion received on social media TikTok, hopefully it can be improved.

When I checked out, I was told to give you 2 key cards, even though on the first day I entered the room, I already used my KTP card, and 1 more to get in and out. When I checked in, I didn't say there were 2 cards. But he said I wanted to replace the lost key, another 50 RM. More than 170 thousand. Very expensive, in Indonesia the most change is 50 thousand. The hotel is like an old hotel. Only the location is good.

Great breakfast selection, clean room, and very spacious (with fridge). They have a parking area as well. Good view with Cenang Beach, which has lights at night. Smooth check-in, though one of the female receptionists last Sunday, March 24, was somehow not friendly and unapproachable. I also heard her say 'faham'. Wasn't able to get the name, but her colleague was friendly and always smiling, which is nice. They don't have laundry, but there is one closest to the building.
