The bathroom had mold all around the shower, The internet NEVER worked, asking 3 times for help, I gave up. The towels are just gross, really was so awful. Never again, I could not sleep due to the fact I just wanted to get out of there.

The shower tray and toilet needs proper cleaning. And charging for tea bags is 😳

We stayed in this place for 9 days . Super convenient , helpful staff .the place is clean and the location is amazing , you’ll have easy access to public transportation and there are plenty of restaurants around as well

Place was very good, especially for the price. They know some English. The breakfast was nice though I would have enjoyed sliced bread to go with jams/honey/etc and real coffee instead of instant.

The Gold Hotel was excellent. Beds are comfortable, room was spacious, bathroom was clean. The staff was exceptional!!! The only complaint I have and it's not limited to the Gold Hotel, is that housekeeping needs to clean the tea kettle. It's always overlooked and I have never used them because I always find mold growing in them. Unfortunately, I never woke up on time to catch breakfast, but at least I slept well! Parking is good and wifi works very well. It is conveniently located to many restaurants, clubs and shops as well as the US embassy.

Konumu çok güzel ancak otel eski banyoyu yenileyin, kahvaltı çeşidini artırın

Yalnızca gece resepsiyonda karşılayan kişi otele yakışmıyordu. Kaba ve gereksiz konuşmalar yapıyor, adeta, neden geldiniz, zamanımı alıyorsunuz, havasındaydı, konuyu müdreganıma ilettim. Diğer personel harikaydı.

Banyoda havalandırma yok ve gideri de yok, banyo çok kötü kokuyor midemiz bulandı, tuvalete girmekten çekiniyorduk kötü küf ve nem kokusundan. Bir daha tercih edeceğimizi hiç sanmıyorum.

Berbat bir konaklama: Otelin yanındaki müzikli eğlence yeri nedeni ile 02.00’a kadar gürültü nedeni ile uyumak mümkün değil, otelin bu konuda hiçbir çabası yok. Camlardaki ses yalıtımı çok kötü. Müzik bitince yok gürültüsü olduğu gibi odada. Çatı katında gece motor gürültüsü bitmiyor. Çayı katında sabahları güvercin gürültüsünden uyunmuyor. Sonuç olarak; uyumak mümkün değil. Sabaha kadar uyumadık. Otel ise bu konuda oda değiştirme dahil hiçbir konuda yardımcı olmadı.

Die Lage ist super und für den Preis kann man sich nicht beklagen. Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich.
