Aston Jayapura is a comfortable hotel strategically located in the city center. The rooms are clean, the service is friendly, and the breakfast is comprehensive. It's a comfortable place to stay, whether for vacation or business, as its proximity to the city makes it easy to get around.

Room cleanliness needs to be improved, especially in rooms that are rarely occupied. For a 4-star hotel, the amenities are very lacking. For example, yesterday I didn't get any soap or shampoo, only a single bar of soap.

Initially, when I checked in, I was disappointed because the room I booked through Traveloka didn't have a window. After I complained, as I'd never stayed in a **** hotel without a window before, Mrs. Catur responded positively and upgraded me to a garden room with a window. This made my stay more comfortable. Overall, I was very satisfied. Thank you, Mrs. Catur, for your positive response. I hope Aston Jayapura continues to be successful.

This is my 3rd time staying at Aston... a hotel with affordable prices and complete facilities, close to Jayapura Mall too... the staff is very friendly... Only this time I booked 5 rooms, there were some refrigerators that were not cold and the AC was not cold enough and there was also a small cockroach in one room but it was not a problem, everything was resolved well, the service was good and great, the food was also delicious... Always be victorious Aston Jayapura

I often stay here, but yesterday when I tried the studio room, it turned out to be a new building, and the sound from the next room was still audible,,, next time I want to try the deluxe room so I can get one with a window,, because I always stay here and only got a room with a window once,, they said you have to book the deluxe type to get one with a window 😁

This is my favorite hotel... There's a pool for the kids to enjoy, and the food is delicious and varied. My favorite is the black pepper beef, wow, it's awesome, hehe. They should also have a small playground for the kids so they don't get bored in their rooms playing on their phones.
