Room was fine. Leisure facilities poor. Main pool closed only small secondary pool open. No sauna or other spa facilities open. If we had known this week would have booked elsewhere. Breakfast was average and service poor.

Wow at first you think a beautiful building, a full spa, and a balcony with views are a great value for a hotel. But everything was bad. Shower drain clogged, no hot water (just barely warm water) , breakfast is very poor quality - only one salad for a health resort. Spa pool was so dirty, there were puddles of water in front of pool, I was afraid to step in and lockers don’t have locks. Very outdated equipment

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Mainly because the whole places smelt so so so bad, it was just awful, I have never stayed anywhere that smelt that terrible, it made me feel sick and was hard to sleep.

Honestly it was a nice place to stay, but they can really put some more effort keeping that place clean, to many spider webs and other bugs around and in the lobby, plus some dusting of wouldn't hurt too...

This is not 4 star hotel , it's not worth what I paid for, there is only fancy entrance, rest is run down old property ,luck of maintenance, understaffed (employees are amazing) Conclusion False advertising hotel should be 2 🌟 Would I go back NO

The bathrooms need to be updated as the tubs are too deep and the smaller rooms shower bed is too flimsy Also, the faucet was spraying all over the place instead in the sink TV was way too small for the room Overall, I was not too happy as my room was downgraded to accommodate my dad’s limited ability to move and use the bathroom in the bigger room (hence deep tub) and was given a smaller room with no money back I will not stay here again

Love the staff! Everyone was professional, welcoming and helpful. Hotel is old, tired, smells and feels like hospital.

Enjoyed a great therapeutic massage at the spa

It was a horrible experience for us. Temperature was 6 degree celcius outside we asked them to activate heating of the air conditioner they said that it is a normal weather for them and they can only activate during winter. We lived under our blankets for 3 days. They are asking extra fee if you want thermal treatment as well. It is not included in the normal hotel booking. Overall, the first 3 days of our bosnia trip was horrible. Thank you Terme for making this happened.

Very close to beautiful parks, restorans, shopes, and captol city of Bosnia Sarajevo as well close to airport, on site SPA, hairstailst, physiotherapy, access to sweeming pool, gym!

Like many other during the winter season, the hotel was under repair works. I was hoping there would be a shop nearby that sells swimwear so I could visit the pool and spa area, but nothing of sort there. Perhaps best to stay there a few days & bring your own swim/gym wear. On the positive side, it’s close to the airport and shuttle bus was provided, beds are comfortable and it was relatively quiet.

The cleanliness wasn't great and fire escapes were blocked with old mattresses and furniture and dirty pots

Overall nice place to stay. If you're seeking a spa treatment with health benefits this is the place. The spa is based on sulphur springs, so you will have to tolerate occasional smell of sulphur. The smoking culture is still strong and there is an area inside the building on the first floor where people sit and smoke, so you will have to deal that as well. Internet connection nis good but coverage is choppy. If Your room happens to be in the area without Wi-Fi coverage, then you have to rely on local mobile network provider. Staff is curtious and kind.

Great location for relaxing. 45 minutes by tram to Old town Serajevo. Very helpful front desk staff.
