The hotel staff is very friendly and access to Indomaret and other eating places is very close and easy to reach.

Please be more careful in room service and room check. The shower and door are still in poor condition. The shower has a warm setting but cannot be used, there is a broken door.

It's quite comfortable to stay if there's a concert around GBK.

Good for the cheap price, the location is also close to a minimarket.

Good, strategic, friendly service, but it's not clean, lots of cobwebs, rubbish piled up, little water, kids don't like it.

the worst stayyyy. the room is so dirty, dust everywhere, so thick. the lights are off, the generator won't turn on. STINK

The place is ugly, dirty, the facilities are not in accordance with the description.

Too bad the stay was not memorable. The room floor was dirty, the TV was broken (eventually replaced), the furniture in the room looked unclean & poorly maintained (dusty), even the hotel hallway was like that, the bathroom was flooded, I don't know why there was always a puddle of water under the toilet. Additional: empty shampoo bottles. My conclusion, not well prepared even though I booked it H-1.

The intention was to immediately rest when we arrived at the hotel, but we were asked for a refund on the grounds that the rooms were full. How could that be, we had already paid and received a booking code. When we arrived at the hotel, the rooms were full. This is the result of looking for another hotel 🙃.

Tidak ada air panas dan agak kurang bersih

Bagi yang bawa mobil, parkiran nya sempit banget ditambah gak ada yang jaga di bawah. Mau parkir n keluar susah.
