location is great near to Gundaling Hill, staff friendly and quick respond, this hotel is too old need to do renovation. the cleanliness is poor and the borring part is no wi-fi, no TV channel. we love the weather and water heater is working by schedule. swimming pool cant b used due to bad water condition (so dirty). if you improve all your weakness it would b perfect one in Berastagi

No toothbrush provided. Otherwise, everything was fine... the receptionist was friendly... the room was clean.

My room had hot water but it couldn't be used, the restaurant wasn't open, the hotel view was nice and comfortable for families.

There's no kettle for boiling hot water..there's no tissue or shampoo..there's also a toothbrush..it's hard to even drink coffee..there's no hot water..we're fed up coming here..not again.
