My family's favorite hotel when I go to Bandung... The staff are very friendly.

It was crowded, I don't know what kind of construction was going on. Then in the middle of the night, there was a noise like someone was clubbing. The room had no broom, no glasses, and no towels for us who rented it for 10 people.

The service is always good, with clean and spacious rooms. The location is close to various restaurants and fashion houses. There's ample parking and a delicious breakfast. The Wi-Fi connection is slow, and the TV is already glitched.

After dozens of years finally staying here again..missing the Balinese nuance. It turns out that the hotel and room are still well maintained as before..clean and the sheets and pillows are fragrant..so are the toiletries. During breakfast you can also feed the koi fish in the pond next to the restaurant..fish pellets are also free from the waiter. The minuses are actually: 1. When calling the receptionist to ask for additional mineral water because the room has run out but it was not given. Hmm even though in other hotels they still give extra or provide a Dispenser and Gallon near the room. 2. The breakfast is quite varied, it's just that the rice is hard and can't be eaten. Hopefully the next opportunity can stay here again with more customer-oriented quality facilities

This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel, price, facility, location is good. Spacious room and comfort. Breakfast menu is also nice. Parking area is spacious, nice staff.

The sheets had to be replaced with new ones because they had lots of stains. The bathroom was a bit smelly, and the hot water didn't work.

The staff and management are annoying with complaints. Not really impressed. The price of the motel feels like a 5-star hotel. Really regretful, it doesn't match the expectation with what you paid.

The hotel staff is very friendly. Suitable for staying in a group, take the Tower suite room, can accommodate 10 people, but breakfast is only for 4 people. The room is comfortable, the AC is cold, and the hot water is OK.

the hotel location is very strategic, can walk to supermarket, cafe, restaurant, factory outlet, etc. I stayed in the tower villa, the room is quite large with a mezzanine. suitable for large families can accommodate 12 people. clean rooms and complete facilities.

The location is strategic, walkable distance to Rumah Mode but not on the side road so it's quiet and hardly hear any traffic. The hotel has a nice Bali-like ambiance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room is big, clean, and great. The room service food was good. The breakfast has enough variety and tastes good, especially the traditional kue. Will definitely choose this hotel again next time we are in Bandung.

Believe this hotel is meant for local, rather than tourists. Location is central to eateries, a small supermarket and Paris Van Java. The language proficiency of the staff is very bad. They can't express themselves clearly, as they can't understand simple English. When asked about local tour, the staff doesn't understand what is local tour? There is no local tour for this hotel (very disappointed) where we expect most of the hotels would have a business center handling such services. We booked a junior suite, but very shocking to see such a small room for 6 pax to be squeeze in. Enough beds for all, just that the room is small. Not much space for movement after putting our stuff. Reception of the TV is also bad, totally not clear. Even the technician who came to do the adjustment mentioned that it is normally not to get a clear picture. All above mentioned need to be improved should this hotel wants to attracts tourists.

Yes, it's nice to be able to gather with family in one villa and also the price is quite good for a Damar villa.
