The hotel is suitable for those who are not serious about the room. It can comfortably sleep two people, but it might be a bit cramped for some people. It is easy to travel because it is close to the MRT.

The service is friendly but the bedroom is not very clean.

Small budget hotel.. not really bad for short trip, just so so for solo traveler

This trip to KL was truly awesome... From the hotel accommodation at the Grand Suites at Berjaya Times Square, the host who attended us, he's so efficient, accommodating, and very friendly... To the strategic location for shopping, dining, entertainment, etc., etc., just love it! Will definitely return back!

The hotel staff was friendly, check in was easy, and the hotel location was very strategic, and it turned out there was a bidet haha

location is great..nearby to everything. the receptionist was friendly. the only thing that disapoint me was when i was at the cafe try to claim my free meal, the lady at the kitchen look annoyed and reluctant to serve me. and she said "banyak order sekarang"...so i just left. Yes i know it was late afternoon, but the reception said i can claim anytime. some miscommunication i guess between the cafe and the front desk.

Good hotel for you who just need a bed and shower for one or two nights in singapore. Location is great, near offices, many restaurants, and mosque as well.

The staff was very helpful and informative. When I had to extend my stay, they quickly responded by saving my choice of room. The hotel's surrounding area is near the main road, all walkable to the bus stop and MRT, and in a peaceful neighborhood.

The location is strategic, near to Kampong Glam & Arab street. Also close to cw2 bus terminal (easy to catch the bus to JB).

A hotel with a fairly affordable price and a very strategic location because it is close to the city center and near the bus stop, but a bit far from the MRT. The room is indeed small, but according to the price. The key still uses a traditional key (not a card) and the elevator is also free access. But generally comfortable.

Easy to reach by Gocar from Changi Airport.

Horrible place to stay but it is good location. Old, dusty but clean bed and warm water plus ac are run well. Don't expect too much ….

The hotel is strategically close to places to eat. The room was a bit cramped, the lights were a bit dim, then on the last night of my stay the floor was wet so I ended up covering it with a towel because I was afraid it would be slippery when walking.
