the room was so dark, only yellow lights. Few room lights were broken too. The bed sheet with some stains on it. there are only two plug sockets in the room of family 3, including one for the tv. One of the plug sockets was broken, cannot be used for phone charging at all! How terrible it is!!! There weren't even basic necessities like toilet paper, bottled water, or toiletries in the room. The location is near to the KLIA2, about 15minutes drive, costs RM20-RM35 per trip if you take Grab from the airport. The surrounding area is too quiet and dark, with no streetlights, making it feel like no one lives there. It's also not recommended for solo travelers! You may choose to stay at the other nearby hotels/airport hotel!

Terrible choice. Looks like “love hotel” when arrive. Aircond not function. Room/bathroom were smelly. Immediately change to other hotel nearby.

The location is good, the room rental price is relatively cheap, but the room facilities such as the TV don't work, the room is small, there is no toothbrush, the lights are not bright enough

👎👎👎 one of the worst experience staying at this hotel. the room got cigarettes smell and sticked to the bedsheets, pillow cases and my body too. room also bery dirty.

Strategic hotel for transit

The hotel is quite strategic, the hotel staff is friendly

Very not recommended, the family room is very small, dark, the bathroom is dirty and dark, the hallway is dark, there is no staff at check in until we have to wait and we have to call and after arriving they are very unfriendly and seem reluctant. It is not worth the price of the room. Hopefully other travelers will not experience the same thing as us who chose this hotel for transit before the morning flight. The photos in the application are very different from reality. And the hotel atmosphere is very uncomfortable because the lighting is very minimal

The staff is nice and friendly. But this is an old hotel, I don't think I fit in here. But they have a car to pick you up from the airport and it's free.

staff is not friendly. order shuttle to pick up airport but can't be contacted, breakfast is not varied, only Indian food. room is comfortable, clean, has AC and fan. around there are many restaurants for breakfast, better to just buy

There is free airport pickup, if you want to drop off at the airport, pay 40RM. Comfortable, complete and clean, AC is on, water heater is on.

The hotel is quite good if only for 1 night transit. The bathroom has hot water. There is AC, plus a fan and TV. The receptionist is friendly. There is a paid airport transfer of RM30 for 2 people.

Old hotel, 15 minutes from the airport, small room. Just for transits, it's enough.

Hotel has a shuttle pick up from the airport at KLIA level 1 gate 3. Cross the street over and wait, there is a minibus, about 15 minutes drive from the hotel. The hotel is budget and has 1 restaurant near the hotel open till night. We only stayed 1 night since we arrived at night. The hotel also has breakfast, so it's ok for a transit stay.

If you look for food, walk to the hotel before there is a busy, delicious, cheap shop. I quickly checked out at 3 am and the deposit was immediately returned. The room has AC and a fan. Hot water works

We booked here because they have free airport pickup. We arrived at 4.00 AM and waited for the 1st shuttle at 4.30 AM (based on e-fliers from hotel). Unfortunately, the shuttle did not come until 6.00 AM, we must wait until 2 hours and it's very tiring and sleepy. The driver said, before 06.00 AM we need to privately confirm with the hotel receptionist. We chatted with the hotel 2 days before, but the receptionist did not give the information about private order. But overall the room is clean, breakfast average taste, lobby is nice
