The road in front of the hotel is under construction so the view is not very nice. The room soundproofing is not good. The breakfast buffet has few dishes and is not delicious. Other than that, the staff is friendly, the mattress is a bit hard and causes back pain.

The receptionist is very friendly, the service is good as well. The room is clean, the bathroom is quite spacious. But the soundproofing is not very good. Overall, this place’s still the good one.

I recommend this hotel for its convenience. The staff is quite friendly. The hotel is near Ratchathewi BTS. It offers a buffet for breakfast with many kinds of food.

The staff is very helpful. Location is good, near Pratunam, Central World, and Platinum. There is an MRT project in front of the hotel, so the view is not too good.

When I checked in, they asked me for 300 Baht but when I checked out, they only gave me back 200 Baht. The amount of money is not much but the way they did it was too much.

As for the 200 THB that was returned to you at check-out, that amount was a deposit for the key cards, 100 THB per card for the two cards you received. Thank you for your understanding. It was a great experience to stay at Bangkok City Hotel, everything is great just had a minor problem about the soundproof. But overall great job, and for the next visit, I definitely will stay again here.
