The room was very neglected, the windows did not close, the telephone in the room did not work. Walking on the floor 4 rooms open with no one Food carts outside in short very bad appearance.

At first I was a bit disappointed because it really looks nothing like the luxurious fotos in this site. I planned for only two nights just in case we did not like the hotel or the neighborhood. I ended up extending my stay at the hotel for an additional three nights. My partner and I loved the excellent staff attention and professionalism. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The neighborhood is tranquil and it felt safe. The hotel is in a good location to either go downtown or uptown to some great bars and restaurants. Overall, I was impressed and would certainly return.

Staff and cleanliness is excellent, amenities and breakfast is very nice

Where to start. I booked the property because it had a lift to find out the lift only went to the 5th floor. I was on the 6th floor which meant I had to walk up a flight of stairs with bad knees. At night the light senses only come on when you are almost at the stairs, very dangerous. The room was old and outdated. I had a hole in the roof the size of a criket ball. One of the bedroom lights keep flickering. The safe was small and had a key. On the plus side the room was big and had a good selection of t.v. channels. I wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it.

Old hotel they gave me the worst room so much traffic and street noise

I chose this hotel for a 4 night stay in Bogota because I wanted to be in a safe location but fairly central close to the Transmilenio. The twin room was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom spacious with very hot water and a very powerful shower. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and there were always a couple of private taxis with trustworthy drivers waiting outside. The hotel sent a driver to collect me at the airport - which I am glad I arranged. The only negative is that there are no restaurants open at night close by, and the hotel restaurant lacks atmosphere. Although once I was confident that I wouldn't be murdered, the walk to the Macarena district and restaurants was 15 minutes. I would stay here again..

I chose the hotel because it was near the Universidad Javeriana, where I was attending a conference. It was reasonably priced and clean with reasonably comfortable beds. The room was very large with a separate sitting area with table. The lights did not work at first but they fixed them quickly. I cannot recommend paying for the included breakfast; it was very limited.
