The towels are no longer suitable... Hospitality needs to be improved

One thing, please provide towels for the swimming pool, so that the towels in the room don't need to be used, but it would be nice if you could ask for a replacement for the wet room towels that were used in the swimming pool.

The executive room was clean, especially the bathroom. It was really clean, and the sink was clean too. Luckily, there was a hairdryer, haha. The staff was friendly. Thank you to Hotel Sibayak.

The staff are all friendly and polite, and the place is clean. The only complaint is that the furniture is aging, and hopefully, it can be upgraded, as if it's damaged, the guests are the ones paying. FYI: Children over 5 years old are charged IDR 60,000 for their meals (which is normal since the portion is only for two people). It's worth it for such a large menu.

The place is well-maintained, and I felt nostalgic since the last time I went here was when I was still a primary school student. The place looks quite old, but all the facilities and cleanliness are still on the proper level. The EV charger (SPKLU) is also a fine addition since I traveled using my EV at that time. Definitely will come again.

The hotel's proximity to the city center makes it easy to find everything you need. The hospitality and ambiance are also impressive. It's a worthy family vacation destination.

Wanting to have breakfast, you have to queue first to get a dining table. When you first book a room from the app, you request a room with 1 double bed but you are given a twin bed. You sleep like you are friends even though you are husband and wife 🤣

Check-in time too noon (15.00) while occupation is not too high. No porter for help to carry my baggage.
