The staff at this hotel are exceptional. They go out of their way to make your stay great.

Not worth the price. The decor is bizarre. What in the world to have a wall painted with the portraits of the Vik founder and a bunch of young ladies staring at you? Room Caras feels like a horror film… And the masks in the outside… Last but not least, the ceiling shower was not working.

Amenities a little old, staff great, need a little renew but still beautiful

Play Vik has the perfect location and the architecture is really spectacular in this particular setting. However, the hotel really needs lots of TLC. It is looking VERY tired. Outdoor and indoor sofas need to be re-uphostered and or cleaned. Screens need to be changed. The plaster from our sink was broken. The corner of the vanity was damaged by water and the veneer peeling … Need i say more? (I have take photos). No bathrobes in the room which is too sparsely furnished. Chair in our room needs to be cleaned or re-upholstered too. No coffee machines are provided in the room although we did ask for one and they did provide one for us in the end as breakfast starts at 8:00am! We were very few guests at the hotel but staff was not particularly attentive. Food was okay. Compared to other international hotels of the same category it failed to meet epectations in both service and property.

We loved our 3 night stay at Playa Vik. We checked in late and Nat the manager made it so smooth. The property is remarkably set on the bay and seamlessly blending into its location, not disrupting the sleepy old fishing village vibe. The important art installed in the main building is visually and intellectually stimulating as is the library off the main dining room. We also enjoyed the other two properties, Bahia and Estancia Vik. It was the cerise Sur Le gateau of our trip to Argentina, Chile and Uruguay.

The staff was so amazing, every single person was happy, friendly and helpful, plus they made us laugh We can’t wait to return in 2023

I did not like the policy of adding a tip to all areas of the bill Why pay a tip for buying a sweater in the shop I had to ask for a manual adjustment Otherwise a fantastic place with great staff

O hotel é bonito, bem localizado, mas talvez por ser final de temporada, estava bem “parado”. Equipe atenciosa,

Hotel pessimo. Sujo. Quarto mal decorado. Banheiro sem box. Staff rude. Tinha uma reserva de 4 noites. Fui embora depois da primeira. So perdi meu dinheiro. Decoracao feia. Escuro a noite. Semblante de abandono. Fui pedir room service as 23h05 para ser informado que a cozinha estava fechada. Era uma fatia de torta que queria. Algo pronto. So tirar da geladeira e servir. Falta de vontade generalizada. A falta de box no chuveiro faz com que tudo molhe. Horrivel de usar o banheiro. Nunca mais fico. Nao recomendo.

Muito bem localizado , arquitetura linda !! Melhorar a parte das refeições .

O bar tem uma boa seleção de drinks

Quarto com estrutura estranha. Banheiro sem Box, molhando o tudo que vc deixa sobre a pia. Molhando o chão do banheiro inteiro. Pedi a inclusão de uma cama extra, a qual foi cobrada, e disponibilizaram um colchão tamanho infantil para acomodar um adulto.

Quarto excelente . Grande e confortável . Melhor ainda o pessoal de atendimento em todas as dependências do hotel , Parabéns !!!
