Overall it was comfortable, but the cleanliness was lacking, like in the swimming pool and bathroom, the edges were slippery, plus the shower was not very comfortable... breakfast was worth it

I've been here several times, I like this hotel because the rooms are spacious, clean and I can freely do karaoke with my family (unfortunately this time I came and couldn't use the karaoke room...). But the rest is good, next time I come here again and hopefully the karaoke room is always ready... because this is a plus point of this hotel compared to other hotels.

We checked in at 6:00 PM, and no staff helped us with our suitcases, bags, or other belongings. It happened again at check-out, at 8:30 AM, and no staff brought our luggage from the front desk to our car. Furthermore, a guest car was left parked in front of the lobby for a long time, blocking our car from loading our luggage.
