Overall OK. We had an issue with the AC unit, it was functioning but very noisy, so we couldn't use it at night. Still, although we informed the reception three times about the problem nothing changed, nor were we informed of any attempts to resolve the issue. Still, a pleasant hotel at a quiet, rather remote from the centre, area of the city

Excellent location in a safe area in walking distance of shopping streets and mall, very helpful staff, great breakfast, comfy beds and room. Definitely a place to come back to for our next stay

Súper cómoda, si las habitaciones son bien espaciosos El personal, muy amable Que tienen algún tipo de problema con la cloaca en la entrada y el ura Caños de baño en toda la recepción y el restaurant Por lo que recomiendo no ir al restaurant (sumado a que nos dieron un plato con pollo que estaba crudo, que si bien no nos lo cobraron, no era el espíritu, era gratis, era el espíritu era comer correcto?) Pero sin recomendar el restaurant, el hotel es muy bueno

El hotel está muy bien para estadías cortas. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas. El personal es muy amable y la ubicación es perfecta. Cerca de todo y seguro.

The hotel is very well located and looks fairly new. Upon check-in, they told us breakfast wasn't included. I had to show them my Expedia reservation, which stated it was included. The room was decent and clean. The view wasn't very nice, but they might have better ones. Forget about watching TV, the cable or satellite service is terrible. Breakfast was okay.

Hotel is in a great location but my room was dark, the view was three walls of nearby buildings which restricted any sunlight. I could not see what the weather was like without going to the lobby. Breakfast had limited options, never any bacon or sausage but good selection of fruit and cheeses. Bed was very comfortable.

Our room was small, but very clean and comfortable. I would certainly stay here again because it’s very walkable to EVERYTHING! We walked to ALL of the restaurants where we dined. We felt very safe during our entire stay. LOVE this area!

Two key points: a) cleanliness is the very least I expect from any hotel I stay in, and Vivaldi has a lot to improve there. b) room keys (cards) stop working every day exactly at 11.00am, which is to say the least, annoying!
