The location is very strategic, with lots of delicious food nearby and walking distance to several other great restaurants. The rooms are clean, but the pool is a bit cramped, as it's a bit dirty. But overall, the place is comfortable, minus the pool.

The Hotel location at Riau street is very close to various culinary street foods, then the Hospitality from employee was good. Variety and taste of breakfast was good. I suggest to renew the Hotel facilities such as : hand shower, tower, and soap fragrance Thank you

The hotel location is strategic, close to the culinary center, Cihapit Market is only a 7-minute walk, in front of the hotel there are many viral snacks (cimol bojot aa, cuanki sambel ijo, bosgil, kebab baba), many good cafes too, in the hotel lobby there is a 24-hour Circle K, the hotel is also comfortable, the staff are friendly, the security is very helpful, sleep soundly with a full stomach❤️

The room is standard size. The usual coffee, tea, and kettle are included. Toothpaste, soap, a hair cap, and a toothbrush are provided. The towels are old but clean. The sheets are clean but stained. There's a broken SDB lock. Drinking water can be refilled from the dispenser in the hallway. The AC, water heater, and Wi-Fi work well. I only got a room with a view of another room, so I didn't open the curtains all day. The location is great. The mosque is right in front of the hotel. Jl. Riau is around the corner, and Gedung Sate is only a 10-minute walk away. If you're bringing kids, there are horse rentals nearby. Breakfast is Indonesian, with bread and eggs. Mr. Cucu, the restaurant staff, makes perfect half-boiled eggs every day. I really appreciate Mr. Cucu's quick understanding of my preferences. The staff are all friendly. Ample parking is available. There's a swimming pool, gym, salon, and Convince Store in the same area.

I've stayed here several times when I've been to Bandung, and I want to keep coming back. I want to stay in Bandung forever. Thank you, Citarum Hotel.

A hotel with a strategic location, easy access to everything. Pros: Suite rooms receive a welcome drink, fruit, and snacks. Suggestions: 1. Suite rooms should have their hand showers repaired so they're usable. Only the hand shower and bathtub work. 2. Room cleanliness should be improved, with no bugs. 3. Customer service should be more proactive in providing information. Thank you.
