Highly recommended for family vacations, especially those with small children.

Room is clean and decent. The swimming pool is small, and the water is not very clean. Can’t complain much because of the price. Nearest town to Eco Botanic is about a 15 min drive, 15 min to Legoland, and 25 min to JPO.

Breakfast menu is very nice, many varieties with good cappucino and hot chocolate. They also have Teh Tarik cart go around the guest. Hotel also has direct access to beach.

Nice hotel with beach view. The room is very wide and has good furniture. Prices are quite cheap, food is delicious, but the surrounding area is very quiet and the swimming pool is poorly maintained. Overall, it is so good.

From receptionists to restaurant staff to room service, all excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Just some improvements in the future for the breakfast buffet, it runs quite slow on topping up the foods, and some of the room telephones weren't functioning well, maybe due to school holidays and a shortage of staff. But overall, it was a lovely experience for me and my family. Spacious room. Beautiful scenery! Very comfy. The waterpark was nice. Just don't come during long weekends/school holidays, it will be very packed. Will definitely come back.

Services is average but facilities is lousy waterpark was told open nxt day but it was close so waste my trip to have the stay there. 😡.

Suasana hotel pinggir pantai yang menyenangkan, pelayanan staf yang ramah, hanya pilihan makanan yang terbatas mungkin karena sedang low season jadi tidak terlalu ramai pengunjung, tapi secara keseluruhan menyenangkan sekali bermalam di sini, rasanya kurang jika hanya semalam karena areanya luas, ada 4 area kolam renang yang membuat anak-anak betah dan ada layanan late checkout yang meski berbayar tapi tetap worth it.

Hotel exterior and the beach view are beautiful. However, the swimming pool is a little murky. The room is run down. The water park also doesn't look too appealing. It's really just a place to stay and enjoy the balcony view.

The bed was very nice, just the right firmness with super soft topper. Room was clean and spacious. Free mini bar items was generous. Thank you. Ants in the room and room service (taste wise) could be improved.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. The view was amazing. My kids are happy with your playground and beca riding. Just hope for improvement on your room service (nobody picked up my call to get an iron). And the hotel has no kid pool.

Bilik luas. Toilet bersih, bath tub best. Free dinner & bfast untuk 2A & 2C. Free basikal, free water park. Cuma roof box kereta saya rosak sebab masuk parking di level 1. Bukan sebab had tinggi di entrance tetapi bergesel dengan papan penunjuk arah yang dipasang rendah. Parking tidak mesra kepada mpv + roof box
