Love this hotel . All Staff very helpful and friendly , the view is great room is clean

The location is near the MTR but far from central city and shopping center. The carpet is full of dust, my family and I got rhinitis allergy after staying 2 nights. But overall I'm very satisfied with the harbour sea view!

The location was perfect, although you can't really see Victoria Harbour completely. If you want to go to Central, you can try MTR, which is the fastest route for public transportation. The room is nice and clean. The food is also great, like other Hyatt.

Waiting for check-in took a long time even though it was a night flight, very tiring. There was only 1 female staff, waiting for 2 families to check in first but it took 30 minutes and still not finished. Luckily, another male staff came out to help. Room was ok. View of the bay but on the low floor so I could only see the road. Didn't have breakfast so can't rate. Requests for iron and ice were served quickly. Staff in the lobby were friendly and helped when the taxi arrived. I would come back if I was in the area.

Check in took too long compared to other hotels and the room was never cleaned properly for 4 nights we stayed lots of hair on the floor toilet cover had stain which were very obvious but housekeeper didn't clean I had no idea why too but we got back late everyday therefore we did not want to make a big deal at night. Also first day they didn't refill coffee and body lotion too I was quite surprised how it rates 5 stars. Wifi was fast and bed was cozy though.

We had a pleasant stay. The room is spacious enough for two. The view is wonderful, even though we expected more.. but it was good enough. The room is clean, tidy. The bed was comfortable. And it's near to the north point station. Which is great. Oh and we asked the front desk to book a cab for us to go to the airport the next morning at 6 am. And they handled it. We just went out the following morning and found our cab was ready. Thank you for the service.

Spacious room as compare to other hotel in HK. Clean and organized, hotel staffs were so nice and polite. Highly recommended.

The property is the same as the one on the website, unfortunately a deposit of 1000 is needed, a large enough deposit for a property, so if you want to stay here prepare it, don't disturb your trip itenary.

The real room is much smaller than in the picture. The facilities in the room are not compatible with other 5 star hotels in Hong Kong.

This space accommodates me pretty well and good. The staffs are nice. The amenities are completely great. The facilities are awesome. the view of the room is magical. Everything is well done, excellent and perfection.

First time to stay in this hotel and I'm truly satisfied. Big and clean room. I was even allowed to have allate checkout. Will surely go back to this hotel in my next trip.
