Novotel good standard. Easy parking, van charge the car if needed. Nice welcome with clear instructions. Room and bathroom clean. Just a bit dark, not enough light. Breakfast good.

Rooms and hallways seemed a bit worn out

Not a 4 star hotel, it was a very basic budget hotel. Especially in the rooms. The lobby and restaurant looked 4 star quality but nothing else.

It was utterly disgusting and not even worth 1/3 of what was paid. Truly a miserable experience.

Hotel is well situated next to a shopping centre in the best part of Charleroi. Comfortable hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. Good sized room - only drawback being that bathroom facilities are in bedroom (basin is open-plan & would have preferred more privacy). We enjoyed a nice meal in the restaurant and breakfast was plentiful.

Hotel was good, the only problem was that the postal address on the automated correspondence was an underground car park without pedestrian access. Trying to arrive on foot from the railway station proved to be difficult and confusing!

Very short stay, so it fitted our needs. Room was very hot though. There was air conditioning, but it was too noisy to leave on.

Dirty walls and found chewed gum next to the sink in the bathroom.

Great hotel we moved on the last night to a room with a bath thank you to the manager for arranging this. Rooms very comfortable stains in the corridor carpets should be addressed and the seating in the bedrooms also need stream cleaned

Badly organised and poorly staffed.

Good position, close to gare central from where you can reach the airport easily. Close to shopping centre and different restaurants. Hotel clean with big room.

The hotel was excellent, in the city center. What was not so excellent, is that our car was broken into and stolen from shortly after our arrival at Charleroi, even though it was in the Q-Park (not affiliated with Novotel). We had not researched Charleroi before coming there, so we didn't know that it is known for its level of crime and beggars. When I went to move my car to a safer location, I noticed unsavory people squatting inside the garage.
