An architectural masterpiece need to be experienced to appreciate the engineering behind the construction! Service and rooms was excellent even compare to other 5 star luxury hotels in Macau!

Very well customer service felt very welcome as from Check in. One problem is the carparking. We couldnt find the lift up to the hotel and there are renovation happening in the carpark area but not enough signage.

Great place to stay in Macau! Would recommend to anyone

1. room cleanliness below expectation, some biscuit debris left on sofa. 2. the switch of the water tap on bathtub was broken but fixed by technician after request. 3. The wires for maintenance work of the outside of the window keep knocking the window since early morning. 4. Taxi stand was occupied by the hotel owned cars all the time and we have to go to another side, the main entrance of C.O.D. to get a taxi. 5. Art gallery was not opened to the public but seems didn't see any notice when search for booking. Only know that when trying to get to that floor. Very disappointed.

Exceptional in all respects! The staff member (Alex) who checked us in was super courteous and helpful, and even walked us to our room and demonstrated all the features in the room. And what a spectacular room it was! Spacious and super clean, with all kinds of bells and whistles, and a great view. Bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the rain shower. Hermes toiletries were another nice touch. Enjoyed a delicious meal at the Voyages by Alain Ducasse restaurant, with great service as well. Also, the hotel lobby is stunning and truly one of a kind. We will definitely stay here again!

front desk customer service is poor. Staff is untrained, very slow in processing check-in, unable to converse in English. Only can speak Mandarin. Work to the rule and insists on 3pm check- in, even though prior request is made and room is already ready. The front desk manager came to the rescue and able to check us in at 12:15pm. Have requested morning newspaper. It never came! Hotel hardware is gorgeous, but the entry hall and reception area has no seating provisions, which made it even more annoying and inconvenient for the elderly check in guests. The only good experience we had is the Chinese restaurant Yi, where food is fantastic and service is excellent. overall, the high room rates is undeserving as compared to other Cotai luxury hotels. Room size is not even as big as Wynn Palace and Venetian.

Modern, novel, perfect service, French restaurant is great, great value for money

Rooms, breakfast area, and amenities are great. Despite this, very few employees speak proper English, housekeeping did not remove garbage and duvet was placed the other way round. Good exerience overall.

Morpheus was hands-down amazing. The architecture alone is mind-blowing, and the service is very attentive. The rooftop pool is very quiet and private (it doesn't seem to get much attention from most guests) and the spa is an absolute must-visit. The room itself was well-appointed and filled with great tech touches...we could synch our phones to the built-in bluetooth speakers and enjoy our own music in any part of the space. The only drawback was a lack of a true breakfast venue at Morpheus. It's connected to the entire City of Dreams complex, though, so it's not hard to find something when you wander.

Amazing hotel. Room amenities superb. Complementary cake for our anniversary and rose petals for bath and floral arrangements - very nice touch! Only improvement needed is the check in area - some ropes to mark a line so guests can queue up neatly rather than scattered around the lobby. Wish we brought swimsuit to try out the amazing pool.

Really really good rooms, nice clean and sleek design. But front desk really slow.
