My first time here, when I checked in and entered the lobby, wow!! The room was so spacious and luxurious! The breakfast was delicious, with so many variations, I was confused about what else to eat hahaha. The service was also good. For the price of around 500 rupiah, it was really worth it, with so many good facilities.

The lack of staff friendliness is very obvious, access to the city is quite easy, however, the parking area is quite narrow, making it a bit difficult to get in and out of the hotel area... considering the price, it's actually not cheap. But the condition of the room I stayed in... looked like it lacked maintenance... hopefully it will be better in the future.

The friendliness of the staff really needs to be improved, but the check-in and out process is very easy, the parking area is quite narrow so you need to consider it if you have a large vehicle. The atmosphere of the hotel room is quite dim with some parts of the wall paint peeling off, plus because the room area uses carpet, it gives off a rather damp smell that is quite noticeable.
