The hotel is old and in need of renovation, but the service is good, the staff is helpful, and the location is right on the beach. There are plenty of activities, including a kids' corner and a bubble bath on Saturday afternoons. There are also paid activities like ATVs, banana boats, jet skis, horse riding, paragliding, flying donuts, and more. We got a promo for 880,000 Rupiah for a deluxe suite with breakfast, which included a kitchen, dining table, sofa, and TV. This room also had a water heater. It was good value for money. The food needs improvement; honestly, it was a bit lacking in flavor, with the green beans being watery. However, there are plenty of grilled fish restaurants around the hotel that taste delicious.

The most exciting hotel because it is close to the beach, just a short walk away. But it is understandable that the building is old, many empty rooms are no longer used, and not maintained, we were on the 4th floor, everything felt empty, because we took 3 rooms so it was not too scary. For the food, there was not much variety, maybe because there were not many visitors that day and the taste was just standard. When checking out, I said, my child broke the coffee stir stick in the room and was fined 30k, but I checked in the orange basket, the price was less than 1k, and I felt sorry for it so I was only charged 10k for the fine. Thank you for the policy. Want to come back again but afraid to get a room with a deserted floor....

With very affordable prices, good and friendly service, a view that is very pleasing to the eye, clean and comfortable rooms, it is highly recommended for a honeymoon or vacation with family.

Our family stayed at Marbela Place on November 21-23, 2025. We were given a room in Nakula Tower, room 5508. The room itself was quite comfortable. The AC was cold, the hot water worked well, and there was a smart TV. Overall, we were quite satisfied with the service provided. Please improve the cleanliness and friendliness. Hopefully, Marbela Place will be even more "Light" under the new management. Thank you, Marbela.

Unprofessional Staff. When checking in, the room didn't meet our request, we were given the wrong key, and when we asked for extra sheets, we weren't in the room. The staff entered the room without permission while we were out, which was rude. The hotel building needs a lot of repairs.

It's an older hotel, but still a good place for a family vacation. It has a swimming pool, playground, and restaurant, all fully equipped. It's not as scary as people say, maybe that's just a suggestion. Thank God, my wife and kids are happy.

The whole room was dusty, clearly not cleaned before we check in, have to call room service before we could settled down. The room could not be locked, have to call maintenance to change the lock. Overall maintenance was not up to expectation.

Access to the Marbella Hotel is very easy, as it's located on the side of the road. The hotel is very spacious, and some of the buildings are currently undergoing renovations. The staff are friendly and helpful. There's a playground and swimming pool, which are quite child-friendly. The breakfast menu is quite varied and tasty. Bringing children aged 6 and 5 is free of charge. The room was in good condition, with only a slight issue with the door being a bit difficult to open from the outside. Otherwise, everything was great. And, of course, there's direct access to the sandy beach. Trying banana boat rides, donut rides, or jet skis is easy here.

So far so good, when I first checked in, the electricity in the room was down, but the staff quickly turned it on even though I checked in early in the morning. The TV is a smart TV, but it can't connect to WiFi or there is no internet connection. WiFi is so bad, so I just want to use a cellphone connection to use the smart TV. Other facilities are really good, the beach is friendly for children, and the water sports are complete.

It was quite a pleasant stay at Marbella, although it felt a bit less tenuous, but since I was staying with my husband, it was fun. The buffet breakfast was quite varied. Try dinner at the restaurant too, the portions are large and delicious for 2 people, and it's also cheap. Behind the hotel, you can play in the sand and go ATV, 50,000 rupiah for a 4-way trip, quite expensive compared to Pangandaran. Overall, it's ok.

It's getting more comfortable, the service is okay.

My stay here was quite memorable, thanks to the variety of food and the location right on the beach. I'd recommend it to colleagues.

Strategic location, right on the main road, easy to find because the hotel is surrounded by buildings. This is my second time checking in here, and nothing disappoints. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are all friendly, the facilities are complete, the swimming pool is spacious, the beach is very close behind the hotel, the breakfast is delicious and the menu is varied. In short, it's very comfortable here, one night is not enough 😍

The hotel is severely under-maintained. It feels rudimentary. The AC in the room wasn't cooling, but fortunately, the AC in the living room was still working. There are many loose tiles in the pool area, which can cause cuts if they come into contact with skin. Our child's foot was cut and bled. The service was quite good (by receptionist Cece). We were lent a wheelchair during our stay and were allowed to check in before 2 p.m.

Hopefully it can be renovated soon, at least the wall paint, lighting and some parts that need to be tidied up so that it doesn't look scary... because the building is very big and has many corridors...
