The hotel room is large for a deluxe room. Direct beach access, but no swimming. The staff is top-notch: friendly, polite, and communicative, no gimmicks. The downside is that it's far from the city center, and there's no MLM entertainment outside the hotel area, such as bars, cafes, or food stalls. However, the hotel provides shuttle transportation to the city center and the airport, which is very helpful.

A highly recommended hotel even though it is a bit far from the city center. But for those who love tranquility .. will definitely fall in love with this hotel. During our stay we were well served, friendly staff, a beautiful, clean environment, and delicious food. Hopefully more successful 🙏

In general it was a good and clean hotel, friendly staff and good room with all the amenities you need. The free airport transfer was a big hassle to book. No reply or instructions and after a last minute calls at the airport, managed to get picked up. Breakfast was okay but lack of variety.

Hotel with good hill and sea view on the beach. Complete public facilities such as swimming pool, direct access to the beach, table tennis, spa & massage, and diving center. However, I got a room with a small shower.

Stayed here about 3 days and 2 nights, especially at the end of 2024 and New Year 2025. Great experience here. Airport transport is free. The reception staff was very helpful, welcoming, and communicative, which is the first important impression every time I check in at any hotel. Every dish was so good. The room is well maintained and super clean. The room price for me is fair. Mask night party, fireworks, and buffet dinner were awesome. Definitely will come again another time or even recommend this hotel.

Staying in Suite and Deluxe room with family, For breakfast my 1 child who is still in elementary school was asked to pay for breakfast. I stayed at another hotel and was not charged.

Overall very good. Staff friendliness, facilities, view, and food are good. However, at night there are quite a lot of flying animals that enter the room, even though the windows and doors are closed, who knows where they come in from. Then the access road needs to be added with lighting, it is very dark, dangerous if there is a hole in the road. Please consider improvements.

Among the furthest hotel from the city center. Also among the first modern hotel in Labuan Bajo, hence the room feels like it is already old.

The food is really not recommended. The room also is so old. But service is okay.
