Too many fly in hotel area but hot water pool very nice

I very rarely give bad ratings, but for the price I paid, this hotel was really not worth it. The location is great, especially with the direct view of the mountain and the lake. However, the cleanliness—both around the hotel and inside the room—was far from what was shown in the photos and previous reviews. The mattress had stains, the floors were dirty, and the curtains had black spots that looked like they’d never been cleaned. The air conditioner was broken, and the lobby area was completely blacked out and locked. Definitely not worth the rate I paid.

I didn't regret staying here. Spacious rooms, delicious food, and unlimited swimming. The last part was the kids' favorite, they couldn't stop swimming.

good friendly service, very beautiful place, yesterday when I was there it happened to be fly season, it was difficult to eat, there should have been an indoor room for breakfast, so flies couldn't get in, so breakfast wasn't disturbed, but maybe when it wasn't fly season, breakfast was beautiful accompanied by a view of the lake and mountains.. otherwise everything was ok

It was a great stay here with the best service from Bli Komang. The food was delicious and the resort atmosphere was comfortable. Just one note, the fly problem needs to be solved so that it doesn't disturb the guest's comfort.

The villa is an old building but still very well maintained. Mr. Komang is the best.

Friendly Hotel Staff. With Mr. Komang who is on standby almost 24 hours if we need anything, just WA. The room is very spacious. The private pool is also spacious and deep with a depth of 1.5 M. It's really nice for us to swim. The only drawback is that there are a lot of fruit flies. But that's almost everywhere in Kintamani so it's understandable. The restaurant is also cheap and the view is the best.

Very satisfied staying at Villa Ayu Toya Devasya, the kids were happy, they could swim as much as they wanted, the service was friendly.

Many flies and the water is not hot

For a hotel that is 22 years old, it is good and quite well maintained. It's just that some of the bar chairs at the swimming pool were damaged and rusty and the slides were also rusty. The staff overall is very friendly and helpful, only some staff are not very welcoming to Indonesian (local) guests. When I just arrived and wanted to park, the first question was "local, right?". I understand that this place is also open only for recreation and has special prices and “special parking” for local guests. But you should also ask first whether the guest is staying overnight or just for recreation. But most of the staff are very kind and helpful, especially Mr. Komang, two thumbs up. Thank you very much Mr Komang. One more highlight, the food here doesn't fail, from street food to heavy food 👍🏼.

Perfect place to spend with family especially for kiddos, the room is clean, comfy. The weather is nice, all food price are affordable, definitely will come back again!

It's good, only the rooms have lots of mosquitoes and the breakfast doesn't have a variety of food, the soup isn't delicious, otherwise it's ok if you eat the flies come 🤦🏻‍ ♀ It's nice to soak in warm water here and the weather is cold.
