A relaxing place to stay

The location is far from the city center. The road is uphill. But it's spacious inside and there are more than 2 swimming pools. The parking lot is spacious. But unfortunately there are lots of cats roaming around and there are traces of their droppings. CS is not on standby in front of the table. Always hiding in the room. Add breakfast for only 35k but it only has fried rice, fried noodles and green beans with coffee and tea. Don't expect too much variety of food. It's better to just have a room without breakfast.

The location is strategic if you want to travel near Lembang, the staff service is also friendly, only one thing is the hot water is sometimes on and sometimes off, but for the rest it's ok.

On the Traveloka list there is a place to take a hot shower, but they gave me one that doesn't have one, I was a bit disappointed with that.

I'm really fed up staying here, besides the dirty room, what makes Shack Shack shocked is that when they arrived, the room wasn't ready and they even fixed the lights that were off when the guest arrived. Definitely won't be coming back so for sure

1. Bad internet/Wi-Fi connection (no signal Wi-Fi at all) 2. Water heater did not work. 3. Less menu of breakfast
