Bad experience at this hotel, at first glance it seems very affordable. But I just realized that this hotel is very bad because it lacks soundproofing. The sound of people having sex sounds very loud and disturbing. This happened several times during my two nights here. Room area is also very small. Singapore natives also seem to already know what kind of hotel Fragrance Hotel - Classic is.

A little confused looking for hotels with many names with different types, the check-in process is rather difficult, it should write all forms. The room is pretty good but looks like a boarding room rather than a hotel.

I booked this place for all the times I went to Singapore. This hotel had everything I need for an affordable price.

Good location. Its room clean but small.

The hotel staff is very enthusiastic, the rooms are clean, not too far from the MRT, the bus station is right next door, opposite the hotel is a food market, very convenient.

Poor soundproof rooms. You can hear people walking & talking when they are outside your door. Room is too tiny for 2 person, with very limited walking space. The bed is right next to the door.

The hotel have a great location. Right in front of Balestier Market (hawker centre) , next to plaza and 1 bus stop (or 5 min walking) from mall. There's bus stop in front of hotel. A bit far from any MRT station, so mostly use bus. The room is as small as expected however clean and surprisingly well arrange to maximize space. Also have big window that face the street which is great. The air-con is not well located (the wind blow right to my face), however I think this is really hard to fix due to room size, but in my opinion it's better if they put the aircon blower right in front of the room door instead of in front of bathroom door. The bed is too hard instead of firm which is not so good.

Very pleasant, friendly reception, clean rooms, nice rooms, windows, 24 hour reception. Can serve any check-in time. Cigarettes can be in front of the roadside. Not disappointed to stay here, hopefully you can come here again. thank you fragrance hotel.
