Fortunately, the complimentary valet service helps, but it’s best to notify them if you plan to use your car during the day, as it may be blocked by other vehicles. Rooms are clean and comfortable; however, requesting a higher floor is recommended for better views and a quieter stay. Breakfast is included, though the selection is quite limited. Still, the food quality is decent enough for a simple start to the morning. Note that the in-house restaurant only serves breakfast—no room service is available for meals. Overall, a solid choice for travelers looking for convenience and value in the heart of Bandung.

Everything was good, the service, location, and we also got free room upgrade. But the cleanliness was disappointing, the carpet has lots of coffee/drinks marks, also the bedcover is full of stains. Couldve been a great experience if it werent for the cleanliness of the room.

Super strategic location across from Ciwalk, overall good service. The bathroom exhaust was broken, so it felt musty. The bed cover was dirty, the carpet looked like it had never been vacuumed, and the room was stuffy because there were no windows, relying solely on air conditioning. The breakfast menu also needed some improvement. This was a one-time stay, and hopefully the management will improve in the future. It's a shame the hotel is nice but not well-maintained.

Because there's only one elevator, combined with hotel needs, there are long wait times. Just a suggestion: It's better to skip the carpet in the room unless you can keep it clean. I found a carpet with lots of stains and marks (like coffee spills). The AC is very cold, OK. The location is OK. Parking is not very convenient. The reception staff are friendly.

Do you think it's worth paying a million rupiah for two nights in a hotel that looks really old, then getting bitten by mites (look at the bed when it was dirty). When we arrived, the toilet leaked and the toilet smelled of urine. It was a bit difficult to move rooms, but in the end, we were allowed to move. While eating breakfast, OMG, it was so gross to see the plates still covered in grease and stains... I wanted to cry. If the hotel was only around 100,000 rupiah, it might still be okay, but this was beyond expectations. I'm surprised there aren't any reviews like this because it's clearly not okay. The only plus points are the service is quite friendly and the location is within walking distance to Ciwalk. But I think there are many better hotels for a million rupiah for two nights.
